We Reserve the right to change any of the terms and conditions without notice. By Registering and bidding, you are entering into a contract with Million Penny Dealz and you agree to all terms and conditions for this auction. Read all Terms and Conditions prior to bidding with us, as each auction may vary. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to bid on our site.
Shipping will vary on each auction and will be decision on the auction house to offer shipping for that particular auction.
Shipping will only be done to smaller items and no large items will be shipped. We use USPS or FED EX to ship our items and no Shipping outside of the US will be done. ONLY US SHIPPING!
Million Penny Dealz is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items.
All shipping payments will have to be done using pay pay or Zelle only.
All Payments will be done upon arriving to pick up merchandise using either cash, zelle, card payments only
All shipping will be 3 business days after auction has ended and bidder will be sent out an email regarding shipping cost with updated invoice showing shipping charges.
No help will be on site to load items so make sure to bring helpers and boxes or any materials to load your items.
All payments will be made onsite using cash/card/zelle payment.
All items must be picked up by the days specified and no later date will be given to anyone to pick up items. There is a 12% BP added to items won at our auction. Sales Tax is 6.75% for this auction and will be added to all items won unless a Sales Tax exemption is present and on file. Buyer must submit Sales Tax exemption form to auctioneer prior to bidding with us, failure to do so will result in taxes being added to invoice and will not be removed for any reason. In case of an offsite sale the correct applicable tax will be determined as it varies from zip code according to the Federal tax laws. If you are the winning bid, Million Penny Dealz will contact you via email for an invoice and will also send you a pickup date and location for won items. If we cannot reach you by email you can contact us at 8322731631 to pay for your invoice and set up pick up time for items. No Children under the age of 16 will be allowed in our building.
We are not responsible for any damage or injury on our property as all hazardous and safety requirements are marked when entering the building for your safety. Auctioneers have the right to bid on any merchandise and remove any items from auction. Auctioneer has the right to set all bid increments to current auction and may vary from auction to auction. All merchandise is “SOLD AS IS WHERE IS” no warranties are expressed or implied. All sales are final. No Returns or exchanges. Merchandise is sold to the highest bidder.
Auctioneer has the right to eliminate any bids made from out of state bidders and will offer the item to the back up bidder if needed.
Bidder authorizes Million Penny Dealz to charge any cards on file for their purchase and agrees not to reverse any charges for any reason. If bidder reverse and make charge backs on any bids made will result on being banned from our auction and can no longer bid with us in the future.
All invoices will be sent out the following morning. If bidder did not receive invoice please let us now as soon as possible so no one can miss pick days.
Any shipping needed should be cleared with the auction prior to auction ending and it’s the auctioneer decision to either offer it or deny it.
Auctioneer will describe to the best of our abilities on items to the best of our knowledge and make no warranties to the condition, and authenticity of items. We are not professional authenticators so please verify all pictures to make your own judgment.
Auctioneer may give or may not give a pre-bidding date to inspect items. Bidders may send emails to auctioneer prior to bidding to get any further information of items being auctioned to ask any questions about the items. All bidders must pick up items stated on each auction dates and times, any goods left after pick up dates will be marked as ABANDONED GOODS and will be re-auctioned.
All items that are marked as “open boxes or items” will show some missing parts or either show some damage as these items are returned items. All items are either used, overstock, new, open boxes. We are not responsible for any missing parts or damage to any of the items as they all will be marked in the correct category and it’s solely the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all items prior to bidding. We will mark or detail any noticeably defects to the best of our ability but expect some discrepancies as all items are 100% used items, overstock, or either open boxes.
In the case of any firearms, all FFL laws and regulations will apply. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ATTEMPT TO BID ON A FIREARM IF YOU ARE PRECLUDED FROM DOING SO. Guns will not be shipped. Ammo will not be shipped. Bidder assumes all responsibility for knowing and abiding by all applicable federal and state laws and regulations in regard to owning or possessing firearms, ammo or other related items BEFORE BIDDING. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of all bids by that Bidder and Bidder will be banned from all further auctions. Buyer is responsible for paying application fees and transfers to FFL dealer, if applicable. Any used firearm should be inspected by a competent gunsmith for function and safety before attempting to fire. Do not fire ammunition of unknown origin. Firearms and ammunition included in auction are sold strictly for salvage of components or as a collectible. AMMO WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.
All offsite auctions, warehouse liquidations, or estates sales will be conducted at the customers property and will be treated with the same term and conditions as any other sale and tax will be determined according to the property address. Auction Company has the right to either extend or cancel any auction any time that will result to the best interest of the customer.
