The only thing that needs attention are the cushions which show some wear and fade, but would look stunning if reupholstered in oxblood or green leather, enhancing the rich tones of the oak and a small piece missing on the right rear foot. This chair dates from the 1890s to 1910s and is a true collector’s piece, perfect for adding Victorian charm to any room. True to the William Morris Standard this chair has an adjustible angle chair back recliner with metal nocthes and the original metal adjustable back position support bar.
