* If you decide to bid on our items, it means you agree to all of our terms.
ALL ITEMS SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS" WITH NO WARRANTY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* It is your responsibility to check out the items BEFORE you decide to bid. If you cannot come in person to view these items, please call or email and we can check them for you.
* Make sure you have all of your items BEFORE leaving Rustic Road Sales.
* Please rely on photos when deciding to bid ... if photos and title do NOT match, please let us know.
* When picking up in person - You have 3 days to pick up your items. Unless other arrangements have been made. If payment has not been made, the credit card on file will be charged beginning on Tuesday. Please make sure you have a valid credit card on file with HiBid.
* Any items not picked up or had shipping arrangements after 14 days of end of auction is considered abandoned property. Rustic Road Sales has the right to sell or donate the items. Absolutely no refunds will be given if already paid for.
* When paying in person, we do not accept checks/cards over $200.
* It is your responsibility to let us know if you need shipping. We do NOT ship to Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.
