We purchased this about 15 months ago from estate in Rye CO. This camper was nearly a one owner for it's life (all but the first 5 or so) before we purchased and has been garaged the majority of it's life. We used camper to live/stay in for about 45 days while we finished construction of our home. We did a remodel after we purchased so a lot of modern features now in camper...quite a nice setup...would easily serve as a "tiny home". We are just not going to utilize this anymore so it needs a home where it can be actually used because it is quite a nice setup. **Engine Runs Strong....We have only been back and forth to Rye twice but had no issues and sounds/runs strong...I have not done anything to engine since we have owned. Prior owner was very detailed and disciplined maintaining this motorhome. All glass/trim in good shape...nice locking door. Quite a private interior. Ultra warm. **When we purchased everything was working and to my knowledge everything works although we haven't used for several months so can't 100% verify. Could still use a handful of cosmetic upgrades but majority is complete. Anything this needs at this point is mainly cosmetic I do believe. **Has Reverse Osmosis water filter, new on demand water heater, new beds, TV, minimal hour generator, New HD LVT Floor, strong propane heater, working fridge, etc...Good Tires, All New privacy curtains, New microwave & kitchen.
