Description
Welcome to our WLE Online Pallet/Lot Wholesale Auction! More Lots will be added daily — We're expecting over 250+ lots in total! Since 2011, we've been wholesaling a wide range of products: general merchandise, health & beauty, cleaning supplies, grocery items, consumables, tools, liquidation lots, and closeout merchandise. Our goal is to build the largest online pallet auction in the U.S.! This will be a monthly, online-only general merchandise auction that closes for bidding at noon EST. Most items are in "new" or "like new" condition unless otherwise noted, including closeouts, overstocks, liquidation items, shelf pulls, and vendor returns. If there’s anything out of the ordinary, we'll clearly state it in the lot description. Please keep in mind that all items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES." Buyers are responsible for determining the condition and verifying item counts. The first auction opens for bidding on December 6, with lots starting to close on December 10. Live Preview starts before Friday. Here are the hours: Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM Monday: 8 AM - 4 PM Tuesday: 8 AM - 4 PM There’s a 13% Buyer’s Premium (reduced to 10% for cash payments). We accept cash, card, wire transfers, and certified funds. Special arrangements must be approved by the auctioneer. New bidders, please call for approval to participate. A $1,000 hold on a credit card is required for bidding approval. If your bidding total exceeds $5,000, an additional deposit may be necessary. We require a 20% deposit on your approved bid amount. Items must be paid for and picked up by the Friday following each auction! Any merchandise left past Friday will incur storage fees. Terms and Conditions for Wholesale and Liquidation Experts LLC(WLE) on HiBid Introduction Welcome to Wholesale and Liquidation Experts LLC(Hereafter WLE)By participating in this auction, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing a bid. 1. Registration and Bidding 1.1. All bidders must register on HiBid before placing bids. 1.2. You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your name, email address, and payment details. You must be willing to provide identification upon request to verify this information. 1.3. Bidders must be at least 18 years of age. 1.4. By registering, you agree that you are entering a legal and binding contract to purchase items if you are the winning bidder. 1.5. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration or bid at any time. 2. Auction Terms 2.1. All items are sold "as-is," or "where-is," with no warranties or guarantees unless explicitly stated in the item description. 2.2. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. 2.3. The auctioneer reserves the right to add, withdraw, or change any items without notice. 2.4. The auctioneer may reject any bid at their discretion and may withdraw items if necessary. 2.5. The auctioneer's decision is final in case of a dispute regarding the winning bid or any other auction matter. 2.6. The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, estimated selling price of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold “as is” and without recourse. 2.7 No claims will be allowed after the goods are removed from the premises. 2.8 Removal - shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be delivered only on presentation of paid bills. Late fees will be applied if not picked up by the specified date. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and shall have the option of removing and storing or reselling at the expense and risk of the purchaser any article purchased. 3. Payment Terms 3.1. Payment is due immediately after the auction ends. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your winning bids if payment is not received. If WLE agrees to accept late payment, a charge of $100 per day will be accrued and added to your invoice. 3.2. Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, certified funds, cash, or credit card. If using a credit card, a 3% credit card processing fee will be added to your invoice. Any other payment method accepted will be agreed to by WLE. This would include a check or ach. We reserve the right to not accept a check or to hold merchandise until a check or ach fully clears the bank. There will be a $35 service charge for any check returned from the bank for any reason. 3.3. A buyer’s premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price of each item. 3.4. All applicable taxes will be charged unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided before the auction closes. 3.5. Failure to pay for items won will result in the forfeiture of the item and potential suspension or permanent banning from future auctions. 3.6. Georgia Sales Tax - will be paid on the hammer price and the 10% Buyer’s Premium. All purchases will be subject to 8% Georgia Sales Tax unless the buyer provides a valid Resale Certificate at the time of registration. 3.7. Buyer gives absolute consent to the auctioneer to charge the credit card on file for all items, premiums, taxes, and fees acquired during and after the auction. 4. Shipping and Pickup 4.1. Items must be picked up or shipping arrangements must be made within 3 business days of the auction close. After 3 business days(beginning on Friday following the close of each auction), a charge of $10 per lot per day(5 lots = $50 per day, 20 lots = $200 per day) will be incurred and added to the buyer invoice and charged to buyer’s credit card. 4.2. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Shipping will only be arranged after full payment has been received. 4.3. Items not picked up or shipped within 7 days will be considered abandoned and may be resold, with no refund provided to the buyer. 4.4. If an item is damaged during shipping, the buyer must notify the auctioneer within 3 days to file a claim. The auctioneer will not be responsible for any shipping damages. The claim would be filed directly with the shipping carrier or broker. 5. Auction Process 5.1. Bidding will occur online via the HiBid platform and will conclude at the scheduled closing time. 5.2. Auction lots will begin closing at noon EST under normal operating conditions. This time is subject to change. 5.3. The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be the winning bidder, provided the reserve price (if any) is met. 6. Buyer Responsibilities 6.1. The buyer is responsible for inspecting items before placing bids. 6.2. All sales are legally binding. The buyer is responsible for completing the purchase, paying any applicable fees, and making arrangements for pickup or shipping. 6.3. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify descriptions and images before bidding. The auctioneer is not liable for any discrepancies. 7. Liability and Indemnification 7.1. The auctioneer is not responsible for any technical difficulties or issues with the HiBid platform. 7.2. The auctioneer makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the condition, authenticity, or value of items. 7.3. By participating in the auction, the bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer, WLE, and HiBid from any claims or liabilities arising from the auction. 8. Reserve Price 8.1. Some items may be offered with a reserve price, which is the minimum price the seller is willing to accept for an item. 8.2. The reserve price is confidential and will not be disclosed. 8.3. If the reserve price is not met, the auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw the item. 9. Dispute Resolution 9.1. Any disputes arising from this auction will be resolved under the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 9.2. In the event of a dispute, the buyer agrees to resolve the issue through binding arbitration. 9.3. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. 10. Changes to Terms 10.1. The auctioneer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted before the start of the auction. 10.2. By continuing to participate in the auction after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. 11. If you are local and have your own truck, and have less than 10 pallets, you can pickup starting at 8 AM the day after the auction ends. If shipping more than 10 pallets, or if you need us to provide you with weights and measures and/or shipping quotes, please email us after the auction at auction@wlexperts.com and request this. If wiring: Please send a screenshot of your wire confirmation to auction@wlexperts.com. Upon receipt of your wire, we will email back with a confirmation of the wire received. Then, you can schedule a pickup immediately. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE! The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Shipping will only be arranged after full payment has been received. We shop your shipment through multiple freight brokers, and will provide you the best overall quote. Once we get your approval, we will charge you for the freight and release your load.
