The powder coating also provides reliable protection against rust and corrosion BUT it is still highly recommended to store it indoors and apply Truck Bedliner Paint to the rust-prone joints to make the entire rack rustproof. 47" EXTENDED RAMP: Compared with a normal hitch-mount motorcycle carrier we increased the ramp length from 39" to 47" making it easier to load motorcycles onto vehicles equipped with lifts or higher hitches. The track measures 76" L the ramp measures 47" L accommodating tires up to 5" W. RAMP LOCK: The dirtbike hitch carrier features an extra lock to connect the ramp to the track this small yet significant improvement greatly reduces the risk of the ramp flipping off track while you loading your motorcycle providing maximum protection for your safety and property.
