1} Payment must be made by credit card, cash or certified check by end of day Monday, Dec. 9th at 4 PM. Credit card payment will incur a 3.5% fee. 2} Sales tax will be charged and collected, as required by appropriate state/local laws, unless proper documentation is provided before auction start. Items are being sold in Indiana. New Life Auction reserves the right to hold winning bid items until payment has been cleared. 3) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. 4) Loss of Bidding Privileges: If you have failed to pay for an item, or failed to timely pick-up items, your bidding privileges can be revoked. Your privileges may be restored by paying for the item and by placing a credit card on permanent file where future purchases will automatically be charged.
