Ten percent (10%) Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price, plus sales tax. * This auction is set up with a one (1) minute soft close feature and a 40 second stagger time between each lot. \
IF YOU want to buy, but can not make pickup times, let us know. Delivery is available too, and we can hold a few weeks also. Our outlet center is overloaded, new clients and new items to offer .. some with reserves and some with starting bids to cover our clients reserve.
We also have our restaurant auction listed, ending close to this auction, pickup all at the same time!
All items we will ship, pallet fee will apply or fedex pack/ship fees, OR pickup in our main location at 308 E 11th St., Huntingburg, In unless noted in the ad.
Most items we sell are business assets, including new and used furniture on our online main website. We work with companies such as Papa Johns, Kimball, JSI/Klem, Masterbrand and so many others and sell for them items that include inventory to equipment and machinery.
These items have been in our hands long enough, we are deep discounting to move them. Come view them before the auction in our normal business hours.
