This is a big auction with something for everyone, so make plans to join us! The second auction will include his large collection of antiques and one of the Midwest’s largest collections of antique graniteware. Method of Payment: All items must be paid in full either by cash, check, credit card. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all purchases, and an 18% buyer's premium will be added if using a credit card. The vehicles will need to be paid in cash, certified funds or wire transfer. The Seller will provide the Buyer with clear titles and a bill of sale to each item. Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, December 2nd from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The Buyer will forfeit any items not removed within this time frame, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Condition of Items: All items in this auction are being sold "As-Is" and "Where-Is" with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the items during the designated inspection period and to bid accordingly. Neither the auction company nor the seller makes any representations or guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or accuracy of the descriptions of the items being sold.
