If the successful bidder does not receive an invoice within 24 hours of the end of the auction, Please contact auction staff at 712-260-9690. Payment is expected on time and if not received within 2 days of auction end, a finance charge will be incurred. A returned check fee of $30 will charged for all "bad checks" No items may be removed from sales site until paid for. There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction (cap of $1,000 per item). Payments accepted: Cash, Credit Card (3.5% Fee for Credit Card) Good Check, or wire ($20 Wire Fee). Some items may have a reserve set by the seller, Howell Real Estate and it's agents do their best to insure a "reasonable" reserve. Howell Real Estate and Auction reserves the right to call a no sale on items that do not reach the reserve price.
