Klaassen Auction is a licensed FFL, all Federal transfer laws apply.
ONLINE ONLY FIREARM AND AMMO AUCTION
Please review the following rules and information to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience:
1. Secure Payment and Billing: Winning bidders credit card on file will be charged following the auction ending. Please note a 3.5% credit card fee will be added.
2. Nonpayment Consequences: Buyers who fail to complete payment within 48 hours will be reported to HIBID and will be ineligible to participate in future auctions.
3. Local Pickup and Shipping Options: Local Pickup: Items won in the auction can be picked up at our auction office at 120 9th Street, Sibley, Iowa on Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 9-12 ONLY with valid paperwork, see below.
Shipping: Alternatively, you have the option to ship your purchased firearms to your chosen FFL Dealer. It's the buyer's responsibility to contact the FFL of their choice. They will transmit license copy and shipping address to us.
A $25.00 Transfer Fee per firearm or ammunition requiring FFL shipment will be applicable for local pickups and for transfer to another FFL.
Buyers FFL must provide receiving FFL Information within 5 days from the auction finish date to joshe@klaassenrealty.com. Failure to do so within 5 days will result in items being considered abandoned without reimbursement.
4. Shipping Costs: Items that meet USPS shipping specs can be shipped using our in-house shipping. In-house fee is actual shipping plus insurance and $10 per ship invoice no matter how many items.
5. Compliance and Background Checks: We strictly adhere to ATF Requirements for all firearm sales.
-Buyers are required to have valid FFL, Iowa Permit to Purchase or Iowa Permit to Carry. WE WILL NOT CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS, SO YOU MUST HAVE ONE OF THE ABOVE, OR TRANSFER TO ANOTHER FFL, IN ORDER TO PURCHASE ANY FIREARMS AND COMPLETE TRANSACTION.
-Firearms can only be shipped to other FFL Dealers.

FIREARMS TRANSFER AND ELIGIBILITY: All firearm transfers will be in strict accordance with Federal laws. Buyer is responsible for adhering to all country, state and local laws before bidding. If a bidder is unable to import, purchase, own, or receive a firearm for any reason, they should not bid on these items. If a buyer later determines they cannot legally own a firearm or accept delivery, the bid is still a valid contract, and the buyer is still obligated to remit payment in accordance with payment terms. Klaassen Auctions does not offer returns, refunds or cancellations on the basis of ineligibility or failure to facilitate transfer.
BUYER OF RECORD: All firearms must transfer to the registered buyer on record. Klaassen Auctions will not modify, or re-invoice any firearms for another party.
REMEMBER, for in-person pickup, you will need vallid Iowa Permit to Carry OR Iowa Permit to Purchase OR FFL AND valid photo ID. Please bring paperwork along, we will make copies for our files.
Non Iowa Residents (without FFL) may NOT pick up modern or NFA firearms in person at our Iowa Facility.
Non-Guns may be picked up by any eligible buyer with a valid photo ID.
