The Peggy Smith And Late Sam Smith Estate auction, Denver, IA. Peggy is moving to a retirement facility and selling at auction to the highest bidder is a great collection of antique furnishings, household goods, tools, lawn and garden, & misc. The majority of furnishings as well as many other items have been in this home for over 50 years as well as many of the other items. Because of space & time restrictions much of the household goods, tools, misc and even some of the antiques & collectibles will be sold in LARGE GROUP LOTS and in a few cases by the "Room Full" . Most of these lots have not been sorted, unpacked or picked through, at least by the auction company. Pick up of successful purchases is scheduled by date & time through Shipping Saint , for Jan. 31st & Feb. 1st.
