SELLER: Hobert/West Family ACREAGE: Selling as 72 acres more or less. BRIEF LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A tract containing 72 acres, more or less, in the North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 in Section 1, Township 23 South, Range 17 East of the 6th P.M., Anderson County, Kansas. Including right-of-way.
