Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder when the auction concludes. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to arrange for the collection of the item(s) within the specified time. ? By placing a bid, you expressly agree not to stop payment, dispute, or contest this transaction. BIDABID Auction and its consignors reserve the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time. Additionally, BIDABID Auction is not liable for the failure to execute a bid for any reason. By participating, the bidder agrees to hold BIDABID Auction harmless for any such failures. o Buyer's Premium and Applicable Fees ? All auction items will incur a mandatory buyer's premium of 15% in addition to a $1 handling fee for each lot won. This will be added to the winning bid, forming the final purchase price. ? All transactions are subject to New Jersey state and local sales tax regulations, and sales taxes will be calculated accordingly. Buyers shipping items to other states are responsible for complying with the tax regulations of their destination state, including any additional sales or use taxes that may apply. o Discrepancies: ? Any discrepancies must be reported at the seller's physical location at the time of removal—no exceptions. Buyers are responsible for inspecting their items during pick-up, as no claims will be accepted once the items leave the premises. However, for items where discrepancies related to the description are identified but cannot be verified during pick-up, the return and refund policy will apply. ? All Photos and descriptions provided by BIDABID Auction are a mix of original content, including photos actually taken by us and descriptions, and reference images sourced from platforms like Amazon or official websites. All original photos and descriptions remain the exclusive property of BIDABID Auction. ? Merchandise not removed within one week after the auction date, except those with prior arrangements, will be deemed abandoned. Such items may either be disposed of, resold, or incur additional charges at the discretion of BIDABID Auctions without further notice. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items. o Payment Methods ? We accept payments through major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information. The billing address must match the address on file to successfully process payments. E-checks and prepaid credit cards are not accepted. Please note that all payments and pickups must be completed by the stated deadlines, with NO exceptions. o Holding Period and Collection Deadline ? Unpaid items will be held for 3 days after the auction concludes. If payment is not completed within this period, the items may be deemed abandoned, removed from inventory, and subject to additional processing charges. ? Paid items must be collected or have shipping arrangements finalized within 7 days post-auction. Items not claimed within the indicated period, without prior arrangement, may either incur additional fees, be disposed of, or be resold at BIDABID Auction's discretion. We do NOT accept walk-ins after 5:00 PM. Shipping arrangements must be requested within one week of auction closure by contacting our customer service team via email. Late shipping requests may not be honored, and items without finalized arrangements may be deemed abandoned In such cases, the items may incur additional charges or be disposed of or resold at BIDABID Auction's discretion. No refunds will be issued for items deemed abandoned. o Unpaid Invoices and Account Suspension ? Failure to pay for and collect items within the specified deadline of 7 days may result in the forfeiture of the items. Additionally, a $25 disposal fee may be applied to the defaulted invoice, and your account may be temporarily suspended. Repeated instances of non-payment or failure to collect items on three or more separate occasions may result in the permanent suspension of your account and restrictions on future participation in our auctions. ? If you are unable to remove your items within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service team prior to the deadline to discuss potential arrangements. Failure to do so will result in the aforementioned penalties being applied. o Warranty and Returns ? Unless specified as "AS-IS", items come with an in-house warranty period. "AS-IS" items are sold without any warranty or guarantees of any kind, and are non-refundable. All sales are final once bidders left our location with the items. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – BIDABID Auction is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. If bidders pick up their items but choose not to inspect them at the time of pickup, the sale will be considered final. For the items which bidder cannot check in our location, we provide you with a 7 DAYS guarantee. Returns are only accepted under specific warranty conditions or if an item significantly deviates from its description. o Product Descriptions and Pricing ?
