About Us
We are an online Auction that provides everyday convenience for your shopping needs.
We are committed to bring you quality items such as household items, clothing, automotive parts, home and kitchen appliances and more. Our product comes from overstock, end of season items, open or distressed packaging, shelf pulls, unclaimed packages and customer returns.
Keep in mind we are not a retail outlet.
Some items may have open boxes or missing hardware. Our professional and experienced inspectors make sure to be as thorough as possible. Please make sure you check the description and all the pictures before bidding.
If you have any questions about an item, please reach out to us via email, we will get back to you within a timely manner. At Premium Auctions we are here to make sure you have the best customer experience.
Registration
You must be 18 years or older to register. Before you can bid and purchase from Premium Auctions you must register and become a member – Registration is free! You must provide the following details, name, phone number, address, postal code, email and a valid credit card is to register. (We collect credit card information for payment as well to ensure that you are a qualified buyer) This information must match your credit card for accuracy and payment information.
If you do not have a valid credit card, please email us and let us know before bidding. A $300 CAD e-transfer will be required as a deposit in order to bid, that deposit is refundable if you are not a successful bidder, otherwise it will be applied to your invoice.
If someone is picking up on your behalf, please email us and provide their name and have them bring their photo ID
Bidding
As a user you abide by all rules, Terms and Conditions
Once you have placed a bid it is now considered a legal contract your bid is irrevocable and can not be corrected, even if submitted in error you are responsible for the purchase and the pick-up time of your items. All Bids are Final!
All items have a mandatory 8% buyers’ premium and 13% HST that will be added to your final purchase price. Payment is due within 24 hours of the Auction closing. If your items are not picked up there will be a 10% Restocking Fee for these items and the amount will be added to your account.
Item Description
We have a great inspection team that makes sure all items are properly identified, with descriptions and pictures. We describe the item to the best of our ability related to our product. We provide actual photo’s unless it is sealed. Please read the description of the item and scroll through the photos before bidding.
Invoicing
Our Invoices will include description, quantity and a detailed break down of Payment, Buyers Premium, Taxes and Invoice Total. Invoices are issued within 24 hours after the Auction closes.
Payment
Payment will be charged to your credit card with in 24 hours after the Auction closes. If payment is to be made on site when picking up there will be a 2% service charge applied to your account when paying with Visa or Mastercard.
We do not accept personal cheques, Certified cheques, money orders, e-transfers, nor will we charge credit cards over the phone or by email. We do not accept American Express or Discover.
PICK-UP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
Sign up for a pick-up appointment using the link in the email provided with your invoice, and include your INVOICE NUMBER with your appointment. Please have your INVOICE NUMBER ready upon arrival. Proof of ID is required at the time of pickup.
If items are not picked up at there scheduled time, Premium Auctions reserves the right to restock the items won in your bid. Items will be re-stocked and the restock fee of 10% will be applied to your account.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with loading items into your vehicle. If you require assistance, please bring additional people with you.

Returns and Warranty
Please check over items during pick-up at our facility. We will only honor the return if the item does not match the description, that is why it is important to read the description and view all the photos, know what you are bidding on before bidding.
All sales are final once purchased. Items are sold on an as is basis.
We will not honor a return for buyers’ remorse.
Premium Auctions does not warranty items.
