This auction includes Yeti and Stanley Cups, Bed Linens, Collectibles, Funko Pops,
All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.

Payment Terms
At the end of this auction the card on file will automatically be charged the full sales price plus buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Buyer will also be charged for a 3% Credit Card processing fee. The fee is attached on top of the 10% buyers premium. Currently we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.
PICKUP is on December 19th and 23rd from 8am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm. Shipping will not be offered for this auction. Forklift loading assistance will only be offered for items that are pallet sized and freight items. The buyer is responsible for bringing all other assistance needed in the loading process. Items not picked on the dates sheduled for pickup will be considered abandoned and will NOT be refunded.
