The unique hammered texture on the blade makes it pretty and anti-sticking easy to clean and maintain. The curved blade offers great flexibility for clean and easy cutting. When shaken the edge of the knife cuts through every fine thread and fiber in the meat. Premium Material - As with all good knives this cleaver knife is forged from high carbon steel. Forging and hardening give the blade excellent hardness and edge retention. With the 16 deg edge backed by thick material it can hold its edge pretty well and provide good chopping ability. It's well balanced with a decent weight for its size. Please don't wash it in the dishwasher if you want it to last. Comfortable Handle - An unexpected thrill from this sharp butcher knife for meat cutting is the full tang handle of it. The undulating handle seems like it'll be easier to keep a hold of despite hands getting greasy or slippery. The hook towards the front top of the vegetable knife is a great rest. Your index finger provides great control of the kitchen cleaver when pressure is needed for those stubborn raw vegetables! Multipurpose - If you need a serviceable cleaver-type or most-in-one style knife this is a great option. You can use it for the kitchen or outdoors for camping. This heavy duty knife to chop chicken and chops even to butcher wood it's super easy and effortless.
