Description
Tract 1: N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 14-1N-5E, Gage County, Nebraska containing 78.73 acres more or less. Description: The cropland is mostly Big Indian bottom land sloping up to approximately 11.67 acres of grassland. Abandoned railroad tract is part of the property. The farm is mostly class II soils. Big Indian Creek horseshoes into the SW corner of the farm. According to FSA records, there is 51.9 acres of cropland, 11.67 acres grass, with the balance being Big Indian Creek, abandoned railroad, waterways, and roads Tract 2: SE 1/4 Section 11-1N-5E , Gage County, Nebraska containing 160 acres more or less Description: Dryland, gently rolling, terraced farm. See soil map. FSA records show 122.23 acres cropland, 20.90 native grass meadow, 10.09 acres of trees with the balance being waterways and roads.

Online Bidders will be required to speak with a company representative in order to complete the bidding approval process. A bank approval letter of funds may be required before any bidding is allowed. By placing a bid you are entering into a contractual agreement with the seller to purchase the real estate should you be the highest bidder. Failure to follow through with your role in the transaction will result in negative consequences up to and including legal action to recoup damages caused to seller due to breach of contract. This is a simulcast auction, bidding can take place online or at the live auction. Property sold "As Is, Where Is," with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Homestead Land Company, Inc.
