Invoice and Payment: Buyers will be allowed to pay with cash, check, or credit card at the time of pickup. All remaining balances due at the close of pick up on Wednesday, December 11th at 6:00PM CST will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with HiBid. All Buyers will pay the price of the individual item plus an additional 10% buyer premium. Any invoice paid with a credit card will be charged an additional 4% credit card convenience fee. All items are subject to sales tax. If you do not receive an email with your invoice within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please notify us by calling Brandon at 308-760-6991. Please keep in mind that sometimes emails may be delivered to your junk/spam folder.
Item Pickup: We have scheduled this pickup time in conjunction with our December 9th HiBid auction to allow our bidders to pickup from both auctions in one trip. The location of the items in in the town of Tekamah, NE. The exact address will not be released until Sunday, December 8th. Items shall be picked up at the auction location (Not Riverside Auction & Sales) on the following dates and times: Wednesday, December 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please adhere to pickup times as we will not be available for pickup other than these times. All items must be paid for in full before being removed. All items will be removed at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Please bring your own packing materials and manpower to safely remove and load your own items. Any items not removed from our facility within the specified pickup time will be considered abandoned, and the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property including all funds used to purchase the items, unless arrangements are made ahead of time with the auction company. |

Here is a fun online only household auction we are doing on location in a home located in the town of Tekamah, NE. Former Tekamah, NE resident Ed Coffman will pass along nearly all of his personal items to a new owner with this online auction. Bidding is open now for hundreds of items from the kitchen to the garage and everything in between! We will be selling an abundance of home decor items, collectibles, nice quality furniture, kitchen items, glassware, literature, garage tools, woodworking tools, patio furniture, lawn mower, snow blower, and much much more!
We have timed the close of this auction to allow bidders to pick up items in conjunction with item pickup from our December 9th Hibid auction!
These items will be available for in person viewing on Sunday, December 8th from 3-5 PM. The location of the items will be posted on the auction page and on our Facebook page just prior to viewing on December 8th. The home is located in the town of Tekamah, NE.
