You will receive your tracking number within 7 business days (usually sooner) No weekends or holidays after payment of the shipping and handling fees via your Square Request. You can count the days from the time that you make payment for the shipping and handling fees as follows: Assuming you make payment on Wednesday for the shipping & handling charges, We will Count the days as follows: Thursday(1) - Friday (2) - Monday(3) - Tuesday(4)- Wednesday(5) and so on. You (the buyer) must file the claim. You must notify us first (jsiauctions@yahoo.com) and then do a claim online with the shipping company. You will have to take photos to attach to the claim and then you may be asked to take the item to the post office or UPS will pick up the item when requested to do so. It does us no good to file the claim as you are the 1 with the item.
