Village Square Auctions accepts both credit cards and cash for local pickups. Cash payments are allowed for approved local pickup bidders on scheduled pickup days. If items are not picked up within the scheduled times, cards on file will be automatically charged.
If you are a NC Resident who is in need of shipping assistance, it is imperative that you let us know at the time of registering for the auction or immediately after the auction. If you are an out of state bidder please note that we automatically assume that you are in need of shipping and there is no need to contact us. Unless you intend on picking up your items. Our billing procedure for shipping is explained here: Once the auction concludes, your card linked to HIBID will automatically be charged for the items you've won. Following this, your items will be meticulously prepared for shipment, undergo weighing, and have the shipping and handling costs precisely determined. Please note, we only charge the exact shipping fee as determined by the carrier. Additionally, there is a minimal handling fee of $5 to $10, depending on the fragility and size of the order.
