Eligibility 2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 2.2 By registering, you represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. 2.3 Auction Knight reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if any breach of these Terms is suspected. 3. Bidding and Payment 3.1 All bids placed on Auction Knight’s platform are considered binding offers to purchase the item at the amount bid. 3.2 Auction Knight reserves the right to reject or cancel bids, including any attempt to manipulate the bidding process. 3.3 Bidders must ensure they have sufficient funds to cover all bids. Successful bids will result in a binding contract between the bidder and the seller. 3.4 Payment for winning bids must be made within 24 hours of the auction’s end. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the sale and the suspension of the bidder’s account. 3.5 Payments must be made through Auction Knight’s approved payment methods. Auction Knight does not accept responsibility for delays or issues arising from third-party payment processors. 4. Seller Responsibilities 4.1 Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all items listed for auction are accurately described and legally owned. 4.2 Sellers agree to promptly ship items to the winning bidder upon confirmation of payment. 4.3 Auction Knight is not responsible for the condition, accuracy, or authenticity of the items being sold. 4.4 Sellers agree to indemnify Auction Knight from any claims, damages, or losses arising from inaccuracies in item descriptions or from disputes between sellers and buyers. 5. Auction Knight’s Role 5.1 Auction Knight reserves the right to remove, cancel, or modify auctions at its discretion. 5.2 Auction Knight is not liable for any losses arising from disruptions, technical issues, or unauthorized access to the platform. 6. Cancellations and Returns 6.1 Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted unless Auction Knight deems there was an error or misconduct during the bidding process. 6.2 Returns are only allowed if the seller has expressly agreed to a return policy in the auction listing. Otherwise, all sales are final. 7. Account Security 7.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 7.2 Auction Knight is not liable for unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from user negligence or failure to secure login details. 7.3 You must immediately notify Auction Knight of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. 8. Prohibited Conduct 8.1 Users may not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior while using the platform. 8.2 Auction Knight reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against users found in violation of these terms. 9. Termination of Use 10.1 Auction Knight reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or legal violations. 10.2 Users may terminate their account by contacting Auction Knight support, provided that there are no outstanding obligations such as unpaid bids or disputes. 11. Modifications 11.1 Auction Knight reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 11.2 Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms will constitute acceptance of the modified terms. 12.
