1)All Sellers are Reserving the right to decline any final bids.
2)All items are sold AS IS, where is. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges. ALL SALES FINAL!
WE ASSUME NO RESPONCIBILITY ON ANYTHING!!!
Buyers are responsible for looking over pictures, and descriptions, as well as asking any questions.
3)Buyers are also responsible for any title work (Title payments and transfer setups)
4) For all offsite items buyers will coordinate with our consigners.
ALL OFFSITE ITEMS ARE TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN 2 WEEKS of AUCTION END!!! AFTER THAT THE ITEM WILL GO BACK TO THE CONSIGNER!! UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE!! After 2 weeks buyers will be charged by 3rd party to load all offsite items!! All offsite items are marked in the items description!

Check w/ Valid ID $35 Return Check Fee, (Over $1000 requires bank letter of credit) Offsite Equipment paid via check WILL NOT be released until payment clears.
Credit/Debit Cards & (Paypal): 4% on total amount + $3.00 Fee. (NOT AVAILABLE OVER $200 totals)
Wire Transfers 2% Fee $10 Minimum Fee (PREFFERED for Over $10000)
9) 6% PA Sales Tax where Applicable (MUST have proper paperwork)
10) Trucking is available for $1.50 per loaded mile $100 Minimum Fee
11) Shipping can also be arranged for smaller items.
Min. Shipping Price is $10.50 Plus CC Fees.
12) Standard Pickup / Payment Day for our Auctions is the Saturday after the sale from 10am to 12pm
13) Offsite items may NOT be picked up until the Monday after the Standard Pickup Day.
14) Buyers who only purchase offsite items may pay either in person or via wire transfer (remotely)
15) All items MUST be paid by the Friday after the Standard Pickup / Payment Day
Items paid after will be considered LATE and a late fee will be added to you bill. ($5 per wk, $10 Min Fee)
16) Onsite items that are paid must be picked up within 30 days of the auctions' close.
Additional Storge fees will be charged if picked up after 30 days. Fees start at $5-$25 per item depending on size.
17) Shipping, Freight, Delivery can be made on all items, Price is not certain until after auction. Quotes given prior are just estimates!!
18) Please bring help for loading & Pickup, Bring your own boxing materials!
