Wurttemberg Car Set; Start of a really nice modern 1 owner collection that never used his trains. Always wanted to build a layout but never got around to it. 5 piece set that looks like it was hardly if ever used.

Looks like it was never removed from the box. Still has the factory wrappings in place. I tried to removed it from the box. The plastic felt very stiff from never being moved in years. I left it alone after that. Wheels look like they were never on a rail. Extra accessories and paper work are there. Box has wear from storage. There is an area of the sleeve for the box that has a stain on it. Doesn’t affect the engine.

Locomotive; Tabs on the box were difficult to move since they were never opened. Cardboard protective sleeve was straight all around. Went to get the train out of the wooden box the plastic wrap is still factory taped shut. I left it to the photographer to open it. Never ran engine. Wooden box was opened however the train wasn’t removed.

Carl Bellingrodt; I removed the lid and everything was still factory packed. Plastic wrappings are still on the engine. Wooden glass display case still has the plastic wrap around it. Glass is unbroken. Engine was never ran. Clean set.

37772; Tabs on the box were tight to move. Car was still packed in plastic wrap by the factory. Wheels show no rail wear to them. Mostly likely the car was never used. Top lid of the box has some water moisture staining on it from storage. I don’t see anything that affected the car. Being sold as is and untested.

Here there was a crack in the 1 truck and needs to be replaced. PRR express car 3 rail id# U21404LD. Also has the same problem as the previous car. 1 of the trucks is broken.

3659 damaged dump ore car (Bakelite housing is cracked and damaged), 2659 box car, 2682 tin plate caboose, 3652 operating dump gondola, 2654 Sunoco single dome tanker car, unnumbered flat car, 2757 caboose, and a Bakelite trays (tray is repaired). Cars issues can be rust, scratches, paint loss, and overall general wear.

If I didn’t unwrap them out of the 1958 morning chronicles newspaper I would say they are repainted. No boxes. Very clean all original cars. Numbers are 2642, 2643, and 2642. Nice enough to upgrade your set.

Some of the zinc wheels are crumbling and cracking apart. 484 caboose, tender, 480 tanker, 482 log car and 2 bright green passenger cars 495 & 494. All are in used condition with paint loss. Link couplers. There is a box with clean straights and curves. All the boxes have missing flaps. Used items.
