Let’s start things off on the right Snikt, shall we? Taking it back to Frank Miller’s iconic formation of one of Marvel and comic history’s most beloved characters and creations — Logan here with Marvel’s Wolverine Volume 1 issue 1 from September of 1982, "I’m Wolverine" is the first ever solo Wolvie comic, the first appearance of Yukio, first ever Lord Shingen and much more. Luckily all these Wolvie (and Punisher, but more on that down the road) issues are in beautiful shape as the collector hardly ever touched them after collecting; vibrant beautiful bold colors, smooth surface, excellent corners, only a few super faint remnants of a tiny crease to spine, white sharp and spotless back cover, clean concise inners.

"Debts And Obligations" sees the second step to the stupendous first series from Frank Miller, Marvel’s Wolverine Volume 1 issue 2 from October of 1982, the first full appearance of Yukio, plus the first and death of Katsuyori with this Claremont/Miller gem. Bold beautiful cover colors, wonderful corners and edges, again, a VF pretty copy with concise clean inners and white sharp back cover.

Dealing with "Loss" as well all have, Logan has a battle within and a battle before him as The Hand is ever close, the first appearance of Takahashi with Marvel’s Wolverine Volume 1 issue 3 from November of 1982. The beautiful black contrast is nothing if not jaw-dropping as far as covers go even decades later; another spectacular and sensational copy, concise and clean inners and white and wonderful back cover.

Issue four is the finale and a fabulous one at that, personally my favorite cover from the limited series, "Honor" sees the pinnacle of the tale and deaths of Lord Shingen and Hideki, Marvel’s Wolverine Volume 1 issue number 4 from December of 1982, a perfect end by Claremont and Miller. Another outstanding and outrageously clean copy, beautiful vibrant colors, excellent edges.

Gritty, gutter, gangster and gorgeous is "Marching Powder" The Klaus Janson epic that begins Frank Castle’s era defining series — Marvel’s The Punisher Volume 2 Issue number 1 from July of 1987, this cover has been tributed and referenced several times since its creation and debut. A bonafide beautiful copy, fabulous corners, edges, spotless concise inner pages and super back cover.

Nick Cardy and company crafting the fantastic fabric that would become one of the greatest super youngster squads in all of comic-dom, DC’s Teen Titans Volume 1 issues 12, 16, 24, 27-30, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, and issue 40, a Kid Flash and Speedy span of December of 1967 to August of 1972, including the first appearance of Dimension X and Captain Carrot, first Gnarrk and much more. Issues 12, 16, 29, 34 and 40 have some slight spine creasing, but these remain mostly great copies with only minor color fading and print rubbing moments, a slaughter faded stain to bottom osprey issue 38, outstanding corners.

Cap, Bucky, Namor, and the original Human Torch keeping the fire and fury burning during WWII, and here’s an astonish8h onslaught of a lot with the team including 24 total items — Marvel The Invaders Volume 1 number 4, 5, and 6 and then issue 8 all the way through issue 25, and of course including the origin of the team, first cover appearance of Union Jack II, first appearance of Spitfire, first Julia K. as Warrior Woman, first full Union Jack II, first Scarlet Scarab and a whole ton more via legends Gil Kane, Jack Kirby, Joe Sinnott and other greats, plus, because why not, two TPBs including Invaders Classic Volumes 3 and 4 from 2009 and 2010 first printing and in like-new condition. The majority of the comics range in a Fine+ if not better state, clean spines and perimeter edges mostly, no major dings or major creases to speak of really.

Easily one of the most instantly recognizable and respected covers throughout all of Logan’s history or even all of comic history for that matter, personally one of my top 50 covers ever, thanks to the legend John Buscema — Marvel Wolverine Volume 2 issue number 8 from June of 1989, "If It Ain’t Broke…" is the first appearance of a few lesser baddies but of also importance in a back cover including early Rob Liefeld Wolverine gallery pictorial. This is a VF any way you gaze upon it, I’ll include close-up photos of course, as it’s a true beauty.

Logan back yet again and the berserker barrage begins here, finally in his own lengthy monthly series dofedyoy after the successful first limited Frank Miller four part, Marvel Wolverine Volume 2 issue number 1 from November of 1988, "Sword Quest" sees the first appearance of ‘ Patch’ (Wolvie), by Chris Claremont, with an iconic and not to outdo that word but it’s only fitting when you get John Byrne, John Buscema and Al Williamson together on one tremendous triple threat of a cover. Double bagged and boarded, a surf-fire VF copy, not a crease or ding to the cover, amazing inner pages, outstanding backing. Snikt!

En Sabah Nur emerges, and the mutie universe was never quite the same! Easily one of the biggest mutant villains of the past three decades, the first appearance of Apocalypse happens in this gem landmark — Marvel X-Factor Volume 1 issue number 6 from July of 1986. Some slight spine creasing and a faint nubbing to the the top left corner near cover box, but the rest of the book is absolutely pretty, OW/W inners, spotless back cover.

I mean…Wow. Steve Ditko, Jack Kirby, Dick Ayers and Stan Lee present the beginning of Bruce Banner stories to this stupendous series, as the green Goliath would garner so much fan attention almost instantly destined to become a Marvel mainstay and forever then on; Tales To Astonish Volume 1 issue number 60 from October of 1964. Some brief browning to the perimeter and some surface rubbing to spine and bottom left corner, the bottom staple is loose to the cover but top intact and the inner pages are as well, slight browning to perimeter of back cover, a great copy though as the inners are mostly clean and concise. Smashing!

The legend Joe Kubert crafted dozens and dozens of war covers and each one of them was more outstanding than the next and here’s one no different, DC Our Fighting Forces Volume 1 number 135 From February of 1972. Slab is clean and pristine and obviously graded a 9.0, so there you go, what a gem!

You just love to see it. "The Master Plan Of Mister Hyde," the second ever appearance of the treacherous evil Mr.Hyde here in another Kirby gem — Marvel Journey Into Mystery Volume 1 issue number 100 from January of 1964, Odin, Jane Foster accompany the Mjölnir wielder of course, a slight surface scuff to the top edge on back cover, mostly great inner pages with minimal browning if so, cover has some bunch creasing to the right corners and spine, lesser so to the perimeter, plus a pen marking near title.

"Frenzy In A Far Flung Future!" Tony stark in only his fifth hard-footed solo series step against the threat of Cerberus (first appearance) — Marvel Iron Man Volume 1 issue number 5 from September of 1968, also the first appearance of Krylla via Craig, Giacoia, Tuska and Goodwin, that team just hit the hardest. A super nice Fine copy, only some faint creasing to spine minimally and a brief bit of nubbing to the corners, nice frontispiece, nice back cover with only some minor yellowing, fabulous inner pages.

Gorgeous George Evans combat imagery for this battled beaut — EC Aces High Volume 1 Number 1 from April of 1955, a golden age glory guaranteed, five different battle takes included within with wonderful Jack Davis and Wallace Wood inner art. A really cover actually, only some brief expected creasing to the spine and a few simple small digs to top right edge, excellent even and clean inner pages and back cover is super nice with only a few faint dents to bottom, great copy.

The first appearance of Morgan Edge, the Newsboy Legion begins but far far better than that, the King Kirby comes to DC to delve out delights one after the other with his first issue to this series — DC’s Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen Volume 1 number 133 from October of 196, Kirby era begins and as usual he’s accompanied by trusty cohort Vinnie Coletta. A faint faded crease to the right edge of cover, and some scattered wear to perimeter and spine, great inner pages and backing mostly.

The red whit and blue but woo, what a delight; DC’s All American Men Of War Volume 1 issue number 14 from October of 1954, "Pigeon Boss" and four other fierce fables included and you just don’t see the early issues like this one is as nice condition; Some brief browning to right side edge, minor nubbing to bottom and some slight spine creasing, fabulous cover however, frontispiece has some light browning to perimeter, outstanding and concise inner pages without a chip or crease to their edges, nice back cover has very minor browning to its perimeter.

Some golden age Gardner Fox gorgeousness here in science fiction form, DC’s Strange Adventures Volume 1 issue number 24 from September of 1952, "Doomsday On Earth" early Captain Comet tale as well. Some definite chipping to spine and a few places to the perimeter of cover, cover remains attached to inners though via the top staple, besides that inner pages are actually well edged and cornered, hardly any damage to them, faint browning to back cover perimeter.

"Challenge Of The Rival Starman" sees some sensational sci fi goodness, DC Mystery In Space Volume 1 issue number 76 from June of 1962. Delightful cover for its age, faint spine creasing and a brief coloring line to the right edge of cover, white back cover with only a few meager and brief faded dents, very nice inner pages.

What an outrageously outstanding spectacle and relatively early at that for earth’s most mightiest super hero squad, "Outcasts Of Infinity" sees the tried and true tremendous team of Murphy Anderson, Gardner Fox and Mike Sekowski on the five star Justice job, DC’s Justice League Of America Volume 1 issue number 25 from February of 1964. Some creasing wear to perimeter of cover, the inner pages are concise and clean but a few pages toward the back have the tiniest tip chip to the bottom corners, back cover is off-white with minor wear to perimeter.

The tiny titular JLA hero Ray Palmer with Jean Lorring and Snapper Carr plus the first appearance of Entrol Kol in DC’s The Atom Volume 1 issue number 4 from January of 1963, "The Machine That Made Miracles" and "The Case Of The Innocent Thief.? The cover is detatched and the frontispiece has some staining, the inner pages are good except the centerfold has serious chipping wear to its perimeter, some staining to the top of cover.

Another bonafide beautiful Steranko cover of legend in this second shot to sergeant Fury’s solo fables, Marvel Nick Fury Agent Of Shield Volume 1 issue number 2 from July of 1968, "So Shall Ye Reap Death" the first appearance of Centurius, Brad Carter and P.D.Q. Werner. Some wear to the top of spine, a few fair creases to corners, great inner pages, frontispiece has some browning to perimeter and back cover has a big chip to the bottom left corner.

This is only my third time ever holding this comic, strangely enough. Always loved this Simonson cover his work with this series for the period was absolutely wonderful and brought life to it, introducing Beta Ray Bill, Helgi and Lorelei, Marvel Thor Volume 1 issue number 337 from November of 1983, "Doom!" Excellent clean, concise and sharp inners, a white and sharp back cover, frontispiece and cover, only. Minor blemish is a super faded date stamp to top above smashed title.

Well, I’ve never ever held this one until now, wow. Beautiful. DC’s Our Fighting Forces Volume 1 Number 1 from October of 1954, "Booby Trap" begins this brilliant battle series that would stretch over 180 issues, a brilliant Jerry Grandenetti cover, too. Actually a great copy! The military stamps to the stamp page after the first story are all included and all inner pages have great edges and corners, the only blemish with them is a reoccurring small ding tear to the bottom center edge (pictured), cover has only minor crease wear to its perimeter and a small chipping to top rig corner, nice back cover. Double bagged and boarded with polyp. Delightful.

The Man Without Fear but let’s make it massive and as magnificent as possible because why not — Marvel Daredevil with a monstrous lot of 35 Fine+/VF issues and 3 TPBs, many keys, but here’s the TPBs: Marvel Legends Daredevil: Yellow by the amazing award winning team of Tim Sale and Jeph Loeb, Daredevil Love’s Labors Lost with Denny O’Neil, Frank Miller, Mazzucchelli and Buscema, and Daredevil Gangwar by Miller and Janson, all three first printings and all like new, then a staggering run of Volume 1 with many keys: Issues 36, 39, 40, 41, 44 through issue 50, issue 90, 91, 92, 99, 100, 105, 112, 113, 114, 116 all the way through issue 130. Too many important occurrences to name, of course the Man-Thing feature, the origin of Moondragon, the joining of Widow to the title, etc etc. Just an extraordinary lot of DD any way you look at it.

Frank Giacoia, Dick Ayers and Stan Lee to this early Fury foray, Marvel Sgt.Fury And His Howling Commandos Volume 1 issue 23 from October of 1965, "The Man Who Failed!" Luckily a Fine+ copy, nice vibrant colors on surface of cover, only minimal creasing to spine, a slight ding to corner box and right corner top edge, fabulous inner pages concise and clean, great back cover.

Diana meets her deadly sister Nubia, her third ever appearance and origin told in this Nick Cardy gem — DC’s Wonder Woman Volume 1 Issue number 206 from July of 1973, "War Of The Wonder Women!" Cary Bates and Don Heck inner work. Fabulous cover that has hardly any creasing on it just some slight browning and faint nubbing to a corner or two, concise clean and even OW inners, back cover has minor print rubbing and a tiny chip to bottom corner tip.

"Giants Walk The Earth" absolutely and then some, the third ever appearance of Balder The Brave and first ever Agnar The Fierce plus the origin of Heimdall and a brief cameo from Scourge The Executioner — Marvel Journey Into Mystery Volume 1 issue number 104 from May of 1964, Kirby and Chic Stone cover. Speaking of cover, a few tiny faint creases to center of spine, and a faded stain to right edge of it, nice inner pages concise and even with only a few nubbings to a few bottom corner tips to the intro pages, back cover faint yellowing and a few brief faded stains.

Terrific, the first appearance of Peggy Carter as Agent 13 and second Ultimo, Marvel Tales Of Suspense Volume 1 is us number 77 from May of 1966, "Ultimo Lives," and “If A Hostage Should Die!” A clean and pressing would do this book beautifully, fantastic edges and corners to the concise inners, fantastic back cover, they both only have a brief bit of browning, cover as well, only a minor browning line mark to right edge, a nice copy.

Joe Kubert showcased yet again, one of the best to draw when it comes to war books or any books for that matter, spectacular line-work and imagery — DC’s Star Spangled War Stories Volume 1 issues 140, 144, 145, 146, 147 and issue 154, issue 144 is the Neal Adams accompanying, and of course issue 154 the Unknown Solider origin, tons tons more terrific stuff within this lot of course. Delightful copies the lot of them, 154 is dangerously close to a VF minimal creases to spine, a tiny pen marking to word bubble on issue 147 but a definite VF copy with hardly any other blemishes, as is 146, minor spine creasing to other issues, a tiny chip to top right corner and bottom left corner tip of issue 140.

The galactic awesome fighter Adam Strange takes something of a backseat to Katar Hol as he joins this series sensationally — DC’s Mystery In Space Volume 1 issue number 87 from November of 1963, the first appearance of I.Q. and The I.Q. Gang via Murphy Anderson, Gardner Fox, Carmine Infantino and Sid Greene. A beautiful and basically crease less cover, vivid coloring vibrant surface, outstanding inner pages, white sharp back cover with only a hint of browning to its spine. A delightful copy indeed.

A key issue indeed, Atlas Combat Kelly Volume 1 number 1 from November of 1951, remarkable beginnings and Russ Heath artwork, Stan Lee and Hank Chapman inner for this first. Some definite chipping to spine and right edge on cover, the top staple is loose to the cover but the bottom is intact and attached, concise mostly great inner pages one of them has a tiny chip to its bottom corner, back cover has a faded stamping and some slight yellowing.

"The Blitzkrieg Squad Of Baron Strucker" and “Every Man My Enemy,” two tremendous and terrific (and early!) Kirby gems to Fury’s history, Marvel Sgt.Fury And His Howling Commandos Volume 1 issue number 14 and 25 from January and December of 1965, the first appearance of the Blitzkrieg Squad. Both beautiful Kirby covers condition wise as well, issue 25 has a small chip to bottom right corner tip, not much else in the way of damage, concise clean inner pages, off-white frontispieces, sharp back covers with minimal print rubbing.

Lois Lane and Supes losing it as his buddy is going chaotic and attempting his best Man of Steel — DC Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen Volume 1 issue number 19 from March of 1957, "Superman’s Kid Brother." Clean even inner pages completely, no chips or edge damage to them, back cover has some foxing to the spine, some somewhat faded pen marking to the mail-in write area, cover has two adolescent pen markings, slight spine wear to its bottom, a faded faint foxing to right edge.

Normally, I’d keep beautiful and clean gems like this separate as many would argue they deserve to be but there’s an almost overload of wonderful for this auction so a glorious grouping it is; DC The Atom Volume 1 issues 8, 11 and 12, many first like the Atom Gun, the Time Pool, Jack Archer, Randath and others to this minuscule Ray Palmer magnificence from 1963-64. As you can clearly see, these Murphy Anderson covers shine, hardly and damage to them, beautiful colors and vibrant lines, concise and even inner pages, outstanding backings mostly.

A truly delightful Dick Dillin and Sheldon Moldoff aquatic cover piece for the ages, as with this epic the series ceases Aquaman stories and later would shift to Detective Comics — DC Showcase Volume 1 issue number 33 from August of 1961, "Prisoners Of The Aqua Planet!" Some typical spine and perimeter creasing, a few creases to bottom right corner tip, great inner pages that are even and sharp edged, the first two pages have a folded corner tip, back cover has ones tiny stain near bottom staple.

More radical Russ Heath and Irv Novick artwork to both of these terrific Aqua dimension early escapades, DC’s Sea Devils Volume 1 issues 7 and 11 from October of 1962 and June of 1963, "The Human Tidal Wave" and “Sea Of Nightmares.” Both good copies, issue 7 has some browning to perimeter on cover and some spine wear,

Of course you’ll see these two landmarks separate but where and when ever do you see them together, not often at all that’s for sure. Marvel Thor Volume 1 issue number 133 and 165 from October of 1966 and June of 1969.

The tremendous third ever appearance of Ray Palmer aka The Atom II for this fabulous epic, directly after the character would go onto his own series for much fan acclaim — DC Showcase Volume 1 Issue number 36 from February of 1962, "Prisoner In A Test Tube," also the third ever Jean Loring and first Anton Kraft. Some spine creasing and a few surface scuffs to bottom edge, but the Murphy Anderson cover pops with vibrancy, white frontispiece with a tiny faded stain to bottom, clean concise inner pages with wonderful edges and no blemishes, one small chip to bottom corner of back cover.

Bat chaos is the order for the evening and with of course an outstanding Sheldon Moldoff Joker cover to showcase it, DC Batman Volume 1 issue number 145 from February of 1962, "The Son Of The Joker" one of the three thrilling tales within. Condition wise, detached cover, creasing to the perimeter and bottom right corner, clean and concise cream colored frontispiece and inner pages, same with back cover but it has some slight wear near the staples.

More glorious marvel stuff as two monoliths combine for Tales To Astonish Volume 1 issue number 61 from November of 1964, Stan Lee, Jack The King Kirby and Steve Ditko to this Hulk and Giant-Man feature that includes the first ever Major Talbot to the Banner segment. A few scuffs to the center and some creasing to the perimeter of cover, the inner pages are concise and even with great corners however page 7 has an odd tear to the center upward (pictured), nice backing with one rip ding to the center of left edge.

The emerald Crusader in only his second step to his series, Hal Jordan encounters the first appearance of Duke Danfield, Pieface, Kramen, Telle-Teg and The Qwardians in DC’s Green Lantern Volume 2 issue number 2 from October of 1960, Joe Giella and Gil Kane cover. The two bottom corners of cover are chipped, definite spine wear, creasing to perimeter and a tiny pen marking to title, that being said the inner pages are clean and concise cream colored good edges, back cover of course has that same spine wear and a small rip and chip to the bottom.

The crimson speedster versus the faster than a locomotive man of steel for the second ever time, DC The Flash Volume 1 issue number 175 from December of 1967, "Race To The End of The Universe," via Carmine Infantino, Ross Andru and Mike Esposito. We’ve had this epic issue a few times but not for awhile and this is probably the nicest copy yet, great cover, only some faint nubbing to a few corners, some factory print smudging to top right briefly, nice frontispiece, excellent inner pages, back cover with minor print rubbing.

Wow. Flying under the radar somewhat in the shadows of other bug related superheroes of the time but that doesn’t make this landmark any less awesome or key, Archie Comics Group Adventures Of The Fly Volume 1 issue number 1 from August of 1959 via Jack The King Kirby, Joe Simon, And George Tuska, the origin of the titular bug hero. There is some creasing wear to the perimeter and spine, a tiny chip to the bottom corner tips, wear to bottom of spine, two faded faint small stains to back cover, a few faded creases to the top right corner also and some tear wear to perimeter, clean cream frontispiece and insert pages that have great corners and concise edges.

Why stop at one wonderful epic when you can have two, or three, or eight even! The world’s strangest heroes very early on here, DC The Doom Patrol Volume 1 beginning with issue 97, 102, 106, 107, 108, 109, 119 and 121, the origin of Negative Man, the death of the Doom Patrol, the first appearance of Gargaux, Kid Disaster, and tons tons more. You don’t see crazy great lots like this around often. A few issues sticker labeled VG-, the rest of them range a bit better as you’ll see in the pictures, issue 97 does have some spine creasing, some slight browning to issue 119, issue 121 is a pretty cool with minor creasing to spine.

Introducing the world’s greatest assassin, Elektra Natchios, thank you Frank Miller and Klaus Janson. Marvel Daredevil Volume 1 issue number 168 from January of 1980, "Elektra," also the first Ambassador Natchios and Grotto, and the rest is DD history. A definite beautiful copy for her introduction, clean sharp cover, wonderful inner pages and delightful back cover, minimal moments of wear.

Logan slays and snikts with an unbelievable lot here, Marvel Comics Presents Volume 1 issues 1 all the way through issue 71, a total of 71 issues of course and spanning September of 1988 to March of 1991, obviously including issue 1 which features the first appearance of Mandripoor Princess Pub, Sapphire Styx, Project Glamour, then other awesome moments like the first ever Damage Control Team, first Nth Man, first Plasma, tons more. All these copies are hardly touched, VF copies completely, no blemishes or damages.

Spanning September of 1953 to May of 1954, bullets, battle and bloodshed on the battlefield with this wondrous vintage lot — Atlas War Comics Volume 1 issues 21, 22, 24, 25, 27, 32 and 35 and including gritty glorious art from Gil Evans. Issue 21 is a low grade as the back cover is split in half but still attached, some creasing to perimeters, dings and scuffs typical for books 70 years old, some browning moments, slight nubbings, typical wear.

A phenomenal grouping of frights here and beautiful Fine copies too, Warren Publishing’s Famous Monsters Of Filmland Volume 1 issues 27, 30, 59, 63, 68, 80, 81, 90, and a big jump all the way to issue 144, March of 1964 to June of 1978. Clean and sharp covers and copies mostly, on minor spine wear of at all, minimal moments of wear or nubbing.

No words. Actually, I mean I have to, but… Wow. Your friendly neighborhood Parker here, Marvel Amazing Spider-Man Volume 1 issue number…5 from October of 1963, "Marked For Destruction By Doctor Doom" so yeah just the first ever meeting between Doctor Doom and Spidey, first time Doom appears outside a FF comic, an of course a bonafide Ditko/Lee gem. Condition: this copy has eye appeal and then some, very nice, blemishes are an obvious pen marking below title, some slight creasing wear to perimeter on cover, looking through the inner pages was a breath of fresh air, cream OW, concise clean edges and corners, however the final page has a big chip to it, cream nice back cover with a few tiny dings and slight foxing spots. I took photos of every single page, would be a crime not to. I don’t know when I’ll get to see this issue again, if ever, what an absolute treat.

Ross Andru and Mike Esposito expelling excellence wi5 their work on this tremendous series, DC’s Metal Men Volume 1 issue numbers 17, 18, 19, 30 and 35, January of 1966 to January of 1969. Mostly VG plus/fine copies, clean covers with only minimal creasing to spines, white sharp back covers with only minor print, rubbing, equally excellent and concise in pages off-white and nice.

Spanning March of 1960 to January of 1970, a title that garnered enough attention to continue for near decades but still fly somewhat under the radar from typical superhero stuff, DC Tomahawk Volume 1 issues 67, 112, 114, 115, and 126, legendary work from Neal Adams, Bob Brown, Frank Thorne, Dick Dillin and countless others. 3 copies have folded corner or chipped bottom right corners, slight creasing to perimeters, slight browning and print rubbing moments.

Henry Boltinoff, Charles Paris, Bob Haney and other greats working crazy wonders with the weird and wondrous Element Man in DC Metamorpho Volume 1 issue numbers 6, 7, 14 and 16, from June of 1966 to February of 1968. Creating to spines and perimeters, bunched creasing to bottom right corner of issue 16, mostly shape cream colored backings with minor print rubbing, concise inners with good edges, slight browning to two frontispieces.

Barry Windsor-Smith’s award winning, cridtcially acclaimed and now stuff of legend run on this series to create a spectacular and stunning back story for Wolvie and adding depth and intensity that we can still be thankful for today, 13 total issues to this terrific lot — Marvel Comics Presents Volume 1 issues 72 through 84 spanning March to August of 1981, and of course including the first appearance of the Weapon as Program, Experiment X and first Ishtar. VF clean copies from a collection hardly ever touched or opened.

Magnificent much? And then some. DC Mystery In Space Volume 1 issues 62, 63, 65, 69, 72, 73, 77, 78, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 88, 89, 91, 93, and finally issue 107 a stellar space time stamp of September of 1960 to May of 1966, truly marvelous Murphy Anderson covers and to much magic to mention for Adam Strange, Hawkman and crew. More than a few of these copies are easy Fine+ if not better, the rest are G+/VG+ with only some minor spine creasing, slight print rubbing and creasing moments to a few of these gems. Out of this world!

Sharpened his pencil and made such a mark that his run stunned audiences and fans and he’ll forever be linked now to Logan, the spectacular Sam Kieth whom created cybernetic Wolvie/X-men foe Cyber (here) showcased with 38 hardly ever touched clean and superb VF copies of Marvel Comics Presents Volume 1 issues 85 to 123, from September of 1991 to March of 1993, also included is the first Jae Lee Work at Marvel.

Cap and Fury together and Steve up against "The Secret" and no you can’t forget about old shell head, Marvel Tales Of Suspense Volume 1 issues 78 and 86 from June of 1966 and February of 1967, Kirby, Lee, Giacoia, Colan and other greats on these gems. Issue 86 sticker labeled a Fine-, the other is similar in condition, brief creasing to spine and perimeters, very good inner pages (slightly more so to issue 86), nice backings with a small stamping and a ding or two.

Early Thor versus Loki and the Sorcerer Supreme is included and with incredible Kirby framework — Marvel Journey Into Mystery Volume 1 issue number 108 from September of 1964, the first appearance of King Sindri in "Trapped By The Trolls." A very faded faint stamping to center of book and some creasing and wear to perimeter mostly about the back of the spine, some browning to back cover and frontispiece, excellent inner pages that would be delightful but page 14 has a cutout chip to bottom (pictured), good edges.

Spectacular happenings with Caped Crusader, Supes, Robin, and even the entire JLA with this quartet of quality heroics, DC World’s Finest Comics Volume 1 issues 154, 160, 167, 178, and 184 spanning December of 1965 to May of 1969, Curt Swan and Neal Adams covers and the first ever Superman as Supernova. Definite creasing to issue 178 and a surface scuff, staining and creasing to issue 184, the other three books are mostly very nice, minor moments of wear and mostly good concise inners.

Barry Allen has never been this stacked and loaded! The crimson speedster here with eleven items, 3 TPBs and 8 early John Broome/Carmine Infantino Gems — softcovers: DC The Flash Crossfire 2004 first printing, The Flash Chronicles Volume One first printing 2009, and The Flash Born To Run 1999 first printing, now the goods: DC The Flash issues 120, 123, 124, 125, 133, 142, 147, and 182 — the first ever Flash and Kid Flash team-up, first ever Golden Giants, the first Silver Age appearance of Golden Age Flash Jay Garrick, first mention of Earth-2, a very early Captain Boomerang appearance, first appearance of The Cosmic Treadmill, first Mary West, early Abrakadabra, early Trickster and tons more. Now conditions, of note: issues 120, 123 and 133 have detatched covers but inners remain clean even and sharp, slight moments of foxing and print rubbing, a few creasing spots, mostly good elsewhere, take a gander!

Adventures of combat and warfare with some pretty darn vivid imagery and story work even for its time when War books were a dime a dozen, Atlas Battle Volume 1 issues 25, 26, 28, 31, and 34 with a bullet grazing time span of January to November of 1954, awesome artwork and thrilling action moments aplenty. Some moments of edge wear and surface creasing, minor browning areas and print rubbing, mostly good inner pages.

Longbow, Manzar and The Pony Express with these three excellent examples of early Native American graphic tales of action and wonder — Fiction House Indians Volume 1 number 1, 2 and issue number 9 from spring of 1950 to December of 1951, Maurice Whitman cover work. A definite chip to the bottom of spine of issue plus some minor perimeter wear, chipping and wear to the spine and bottom of issue 2, also with issue 2 it is barely attached at cover by a small area near bottle staple handle with care, issue 1 has some chipping and wear to bottom corners and right edge, some browning areas and surface scuffs.

Glorious and gorgeous taunts and haunts from the silver screen’s silver age including Christopher Lee, vampires, Lon Chaney, and Frankenstein’s monster plus more gore — Gothic Castle Publishing Castle Of Frankenstein number 1, number 2 and issue 4 from January, March and May of 1962. Really n is copies actually, only minor spots of edge wear and slight blemishes, great inner pages and backings, faint creasing.

Warren Beatty this ain’t but you bet it’s still very great. The iconic yellow suited crime fighter here with six (6) early samples, Harvey Dick Tracy Volume 1 issues 32 (the series began on issue 25 after previously being published by fellow Dell), 44, 51, 52, 53 and 126, beginning as far back as October of 1950. Mostly very good issues, typically great inner pages, biggest blemishes are a detached cover to only issue 51, and a bunched page chipping to two centerfold pages of issue 25, minor moments of surface scuffs and brief creasing moments otherwise, a few tiny chipping and possible slight nubbing.

Kal-El’s best buddy with a blowout of an awesome lot here a true bounty of early Olsen’s — nine (9) items total including DC Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen Volume 1 issues 22, 31, 42, 43, 44, 51, 125 and 127, then to cap it off DC Jimmy Olsen Adventures by Jack Kirby TPB Volume 2 from Olsen issues dating as far back as August of 1957! Mostly Fine copies here, the centerfold page is detatched for issue 125 and some chipping to its back cover and that’s about the biggest blemish with this bunch honestly, concise clean off-white inner pages, great clean sharp covers, some slight creasing to issues 22 and 31, white frontispieces and very nice back covers.

Dating as far back as August of 1955, more pounding punishment from the battlegrounds here: Quality Comics Group’s G.I. Combat Volume 1 issues 27, then the switch to DC, numbers 81, 96,103, and 118. Some typical creasing and edge wear to perimeters, mostly to issue 103, the other copies remain mostly very good with good corners and minor wear moments.

The second epic of a gargantuan grouping against galactic forces complete here, Marvel Secret Wars II from July of 1985 to March of 1986, the nine issue limited series showcase centered around The Beyonder whom first appeared here in physical form, the first appearance of Circuit Breaker, first Boom-Boom, and other outstanding moments from Al Milgrom, Jim Shooter and other fellow greats. All copies with white frontispieces and backings, concise clean inner pages, smooth sharp covers and corners with hardly any creasing or even minor blemishes.

The king of the seven seas and Atlantis royalty here with four fabulous fables and early at that, DC Aquaman Volume 1 issues 3, 5, 11 and issue 21, going as far back as June of 1962 to the third step of the series, Nick Cardy covers, the first Stamar, the first Mera aka Aquawoman, and the first Fisherman. Issue 5 is detatched at the cover which is a pity because it’s really nice otherwise with minor foxing and print rubbing moments, issue 21 has some definite creasing and wear, issue 3 has some taping to spine and backing and a few minor moments of bunching or wear to the inner pages, luckily issue 11 remains beautiful, concise and clean cream inner pages with no damages, white sharp back cover only some slight spine creasing on cover.

A beautiful Bob Brown cover and a delightful one from the King Kirby — DC Challengers Of The Unknown Volume 1 issue number 16 from November of 1960 "The Incredible Metal Creature," Super DC Giant Volume 1 number S-25 from August of 1971, the third to last issue to the series. Some slight spine and bottom edge creases to the latter issue, mostly good inner pages for both clean and concise, the former is a nice copy especially for its age.

Creatures, aliens, spirits and countless other ominous obstacles await the reader of this often under appreciated series, DC House Of Mystery Volume 1 issues 107, 126, 152 (doubles, 2 copies of this issue), and issue 153, going as far back as February of 1961, Joe Certa, Dick Dillin and Mort Meskin artwork. Some typical spine creasings, one of the copies of issue 152 is nicer than the other while one has some darkening browning to perimeter, similarly for issue 126, issues 107 and 153 are the nicest copy of the bunch, some marker to bottom of intro page for 107, clean backings.

Spanning the ending of Wolverine’s tales to this series and into Nick Fury, Daredevil and others, a final grouping to this collection, a total of 53 issues beginning with Marvel Comics Presents number 123 from March of 1993 all the way to final issue of the series number 175 from March of 1995. All copies are superb and hardly ever touched, clean and pristine.

One of the master illustrators on delightful display with four items including three hardcovers and one softcover, Dark Horse The Ring Of The Nibelung from August of 2014, NBM The P.Craig Russell Library of Opera Adaptations Volume 3 from 2004, WAH Productions P.Craig Russell Sketchbook Archives from 2015, then the softcover of Dark Horse P.Craig Russell Isolation And Illusion Collected Short Stories from January of 2003. All items clean and sharp, no damaging, excepterhaps a faint nubbing or dust jacket minimal moment of wear.

Monstrously marvelous, Warren Publishing’s Famous Monsters Of Filmland with 9 frights included here, the Famous Monsters Yearbook (or Fearbook, rather) from Fall of 1962, February of 1963, the 1964 Yearbook, the 1971 Fearbook, the King Kong issue from October of 1963, then issues 145, 147, 156 and 261 from May/June of 2012. Some slight print rubbing moments and February 1963’s issue has some spine creasing, slightly lesser so to a few other issues, mostly very nice covers and inner pages.

And from then on, Oliver Queen was never the same and arguably new and improved; DC The Brave And The Bold Volume 1 issue number 85 from September of 1969, "The Senator’s Been Shot," new costume, new goatee, new look, new Green Arrow for this landmark. Condition concerns, only a blemishes to mention: some spine and perimeter creasing to cover, two small pen markings to the otherwise nice off-white back cover, a clean frontispiece, a few super faded and faint creases to the bottom corner of the first two pages, and that’s about it for this Neal Adams key.

The world’s greatest super hero squad showcased something insane here with a treasure trove — 19 comics including keys by Kubert, Neal Adams and other legends, then 5 trade paperbacks and one sealed plastic wrapped hardcover — DC Justice League Of America Volume 1 issues 31, 40, 41, 44, 45, 46, 56, 71, 74, 78, 82, 83, 111 through 116, TPBs: Justice League Of America Another Nail 2004, JLA Hereby Elects 2006, JL International The Secret Gospel Of Maxwell Lord 1992, Justice League A New Beginning 1989, and Justice League Unlimited Heroes 2009, the sealed hardcover is DC Comics Classics Library JLA by George Perez Volume 1. This of course includes the Joining of Hawkman to the JLA, first SA Golden Age Sandman and first Anti-Matter Man, the joining of Black Canary and much much more. All TPBs and most comics remain in very clean, sharp condition, minimal blemishes mostly, the earlier keys have some brief print rubbing and or browning to backings, slight spine creasing, a vertical faded crease and pen marking to cover of issue 31, slight wear around the staples to a few issues.

Tremendous, terrific, and then some — the first appearances of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron, Starscream and the rest of the awesome Autobot versus Decepticon spectacle — Marvel The Transformers Volume 1 complete for the four issue miniseries and with doubles of the finale issue 4, of course as with the show that owned a chunk of the mid to late 80’s, the series would go on way longer than the planned four issue miniseries, but that beautiful Bill Sienkiewicz cover for issue 1 is still a stunner. All five books here super nice, white sharp back covers and frontispieces, excellent inners, only some very faint spine creasing if at all.

Undoubtedly and incredible, important and iconic cover by Murphy Anderson and Carmine Infantino for this gorgeous galactic epic with story by Gardner Fox — DC Mystery In Space Volume 1 issue number 90 from March of 1964, Adam Strange and Hawman "Planets In Peril." A very lonely copy, faint spot of wear to the top left edge of spine, a slight browning marking to right edge, off-white and sharp backing, concise clean inners.

Another in a long line of staggering and remarkable Russ Heath covers, Atlas Navy Action Volume 1 number 1 from August of 1954, Bob Powell and Mort Lawrence also include inner art for this bomb and brigade beginning. And take a look at this cover, only minor spine wear, vivid coloring, smooth surface, great concise inner pages, nice back cover with faint print rubbing.

The first appearance of Brutus Force, first ever Tattooed Man, Wasp Gang and tons more from this excellent early emerald spectacles, DC Green Lantern Volume 2 issues 23, 39, and 62, going as far back in Hal Jordan history to September of 1963. Issue 62 is a super clean and very delightful copy, issue 23 has some creases from folded corner tips and a few other minor moments of wear to the inner pages, creasing and slight chipping to its perimeter on cover, similar wear around the spine and staples for issue 39 but a nicer slightly book that one is.

If you don’t have these Marvel morsels and have ever wanted them, with Avengers Doomsday and Avengers Secret Wars on the horizon, might be wise to get your hands on them now — Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars Volume 1, the final chunk of the limited series saga, issues 9, 10, 11 (doubles of this issue, and issue 12, these finale issues spanning beginning to mid 1985 and of course featuring fantastic Mike Zeck covers, the unmasking of Doctor Doom, the Beyonder’s death, and tons more to the star studded spectacular. All five of these issues clean, sharp and superb, no minor damages.

The pint sized yet powerful Ray Palmer pouncing again here with two early samples, DC The Atom Volume 1 issues 14 and 21 from September of and November of 1965, the origin of the white dwarf star, the first appearance of The Tim Pool and Professor V to these Gil Kane Murphy Anderson gems. Issue 14 is really really nice with a pretty cover, issue 21 has some creasing to spine, a pen marking and print rubbing smudge, mostly great inners for both, faint wear to back covers.

The Man Of Steel but in a massive way here, 23(twenty three) issues in total spanning a lot of Kal-El’s history honestly, DC Superman Volume 1 here’s the issues: 148, 152, 155, 161, 162, 163, 164, 166, 169, 189, 196, 203, 241, 255, Superman annual number 10 from 1984, issue number 415 from 1986, the death of Superman issue number 75 of January 1983, two copies doubles of Superman number one from 1997, Superman, the man of steel number 22, number 23 number 26 and issue 0 from October 1994. The majority of these issues are clean and sharp Fine copies or around that range if not better, easier to mention the blemishes here: issue 148 has a giant tear through the cover near spine, wear around the staples and spine to issue 152, a very faded and faint crease down the center of issue 166 and 169 while the latter has a staining to the left corner and wear to spine, one pen marking to cover of 415, everywhere else is mostly nice.

An early appearance of the LoSH with the first ever Star Boy, the origin of Sun Boy, first ever Bizarro Titano and first Subject B-Zero Bizarro with these three DC classics spanning as far back as March of 1961, Adventure Comics Volume 1 number 282, 290, and 295. The first two issues are really nice with only minor creasing to the spine of issue 290, issue 295 has some creasing wear to bottom and a big chip to right edge corner, some chipping to the left edge center area on its backing, mostly great inners for all three.

Cap and Shellhead to their respective stories for this series that spawned so much importance, Marvel Tales Of Suspense Volume 1 issues 89, 93, and 99, May and September of 1967 and March of 1968. Besides some slight spine creasing and some brief browning to the frontispieces and backings somewhat, these are three great copies with no major dings or big damage, a faint crease down the center on cover of issue 93.

Personally handpicked these to put together simply because it’s too tremendous and terrific not to even if you aren’t a fan of the Asgardian Avenger — Marvel Thor Volume 1 with six key issues, number 148, 149, 150, 169, 225, 390, here’s what these six include: the first appearance of The Wrecker, the origins of Medusa and Black Bolt, the first ever Creeping Plague and origin of Galactus, the first appearance of future Herald to Galactus Firelord, and the first time Captain America ever holds and wields Mjölnir. Luckily, all six are mostly very great copies, a small smudging to center of issue 169 and a faint crease to its center, only minor spine wear otherwise.

Amazing Art Adams cover to this six issue miniseries that introduced a lot actually, luck is on our side with Marvel’s Longshot Volume 1 numbers 1-6 to complete the 1985-86 miniseries, the first cover appearance of Longshot, first appearance and first cover of Mojo, first appearance of Spiral as Rita W., first Jinx, first Magog, first Mojoverse and a bit more. All six issues Fine+/VF, only two minor blemishes to mention really: a super faint ding or two to top edge of issue 1, a brief bit of waving to bottom of issue 2, and a few tiny dings to top of back cover for issue 4, white/OW pages, frontispieces, clean and sharp everywhere else.

Captain Steve Savage to the rescue on land and sea during dangerous warfare, the first appearance of his Leatherneck Raiders here with an awesome 8 issue grouping — beginning with Avon Periodicals Captain Steve Savage Volume 2 issue 8 from May of 1955, then Marvel Captain Savage and His Leatherneck Raiders Volume 1 issues 1, 2, 8, 10, 11, and 16 1968-1970. All of the Raiders issues remain sensational and sharp with only minimal moments of wear if at all, the Avon Savage of course has some browning to perimeter, a tiny chip to spine bottom, some foxing, staining and waving to inners, some wear to top right corner tip on cover.

Beginning with the first appearance of Lena Luthor, featuring the first Bizarro Flash and including a staggering ten cent/twelve cent run for this Supes’ series, go big or go home they always say I suppose — DC Superman’s Girlfriend Lois Lane Volume 1 issues 23, 28, 29, 30, 57, 61, 63, 64, 65, 69, 72, 73, 74, 78, 82, 83, 84, 85, 87 through 91, 99, 103 and 136, of course some gorgeous Neal Adams covers along with Curt Swan, and other greats. Most of these issues are superb and clean, Fine+ / a few spectacular VF copies, minimal spine creasing and browning moments otherwise, delightful issues with vibrant colors and covers mostly.

Arthur Curry and Aqualad always in over their heads but still stayin’ afloat, DC Aquaman Volume 1 issues 12, 24, 27, 28, 31, and 47 November of 1963 to September of 1969, the first Captain 40Knot Bradley, the first numerous story issue and many minor first appearances. Clean covers mostly with only minor spine creasing, a brief spit of wear to an edge or two, typically great inners, slight foxing or browning spot, mostly good backings.

The crimson speedster Barry Allen on display with eleven different excellent examples, beginning with DC Giant-Size Flash Annual number 1 from December of 1962 and featuring classic Flash tales, then The Flash Volume 1 issues 163, 165, 168, 177, 178, 203, 217, 229, 234 and finally issue 245, Carmine Infantino, Neal Adams, Murphy Anderson and other greats work of course, the marriage of Iris and Barry, a few super villain team ups, Green Lantern features and lots more. Some creasing to the spine of issues 245 and perimeter, a scuff to cover on 234 and 165, 165 also with some staining to top of book on cover and some inners plus some yellowed taping to cover and frontispiece, some wear to spine on issue 229, some very brief color fading to issue 203, the annual has typical creasing and wear which is usual for a 60 year old 80 page comic, minimal nubbing and rubbing.

The first appearance and origin of the Atomic Knights via Murphy Anderson, John Broome, Gil Kane and Carmine Infantino: DC Strange Adventures Volume 1 issue 117 from June of 1960, "The Rise Of The Atomic Knights" and “Challenge Of The Gorilla Genius.” A spectacular cover with vivid coloring and smooth surface, only some very very brief wear around staples, mostly delightful inner pages, frontispiece and Back cover.

Enemy Ace together with a brilliant battle beginning as The Unknown Soldier starts with this epic first appearance and origin and would continue for many many issues, DC Star Spangled War Stories Volume 1 number 151 from July of 1970, of course presented with an outstanding Kubert cover. Excellent and even inner pages with sharp corners and edges, very nice, similar for frontispiece and back cover with a brief bit of browning to perimeter edges, cover is fabulous with hardly a. Crease Toth spine at all, but a bit of browning to right edge and a tiny scuff to the R of title.

Spanning May, August and November, a glorious glimpse back into the boob’s tube silver age with a Navy showcase, Ernest Borgnine and crew with Dell McHale’s Navy numbers 1, 2 and 3, from 1963 and featuring photo covers and Scarpelli artwork. Truly great outstanding copies with this complete three issue bunch, only minimal egde wear around staples and spine, slight nubbing, great concise inner pages.

The awesome aquatic crew out of the blue, DC Sea Devils Volume 1 issue number 13, 15, 18, and 29 dating as far back as October of 1963 to June of 1966, Kubert, Colan, Moldoff, Esposito, Andru and a staggering list of other greats. Great clean copies, only some brief spine or edge wear, faint creasing, clean inner pages and sensational back covers.

Usually you’d see these war gems this early by themselves, but there’s treasure after treasure here so we’re keeping the guns loaded and the bunker covered; DC Our Army At War Volume 1 issues 5, 27 and 29 from December of 1952 to December of 1954, Irv Novick. Gene Colan, Bob Oksner and other golden age greats. Issue 27 is very nice not even just for its age, great spine and cover with only a few tiny scuffs, a small ink stain to its backing near top corner, fabulous edges to inner pages, issue 29 with some creasing and wear to the spine, issue 5 of course has some expected wear around the perimeter and spine, a few brief scuffs and chips to back cover, all inner pages and cover attached and intact, good edges.

Entering the tropics, the spirit realm and intense wilderness and wild situations aplenty, Carlton Ghost Manor Volume 1 number 1 from July of 1968, The Many Ghosts Of Doctor Graves Volume 1 number 5 from January of 1968, Jungle Jim Volume 3 number 28 from February of 1970 the final issue of the very short Charlton series, and finally The Phantom Volume 2 issue 41 from December of 1970. Some brief spine creasing and to a bottom right corner on Jungle and Phantom, mostly clean covers though with bright coloring, some areas of rubbing and browning within, a slight warping to Phantom caused some uneven pages, slight browning to a few perimeter edges.

Beginning with the complete four issue miniseries for Return Of The Jedi 1-4 with the Sienkiewicz covers, then Marvel Star Wars Volume 1 number 5, 32, 38, 43, 77, doubles of issue 82, 86, doubles of issue 87, 89, 93, 102 and 106, a stellar Sith time span of December of 1977 to July of 1986. These all came from the same collection that was purchased, bagged and boarded and never taken out, very superb copies with minimal wear of at all, most with none.

Beginning all the way back to July of 1957, a dazzling display of Volume 1 Superboy Curt Swan and Otto Binder spectaculars — thirty total issues of Superboy (30): Issues 58, 62, 71, 84, 87, 88, 93, 101, 102, 103, 106, one07, 109, 111, 112, 116, 119, 121, 124, 126, 128, 130, 131, 142, 143, 150, 170, 191, 230, and The New Adventures Of Superboy number 9 from September of 1980. There’s at least a third of these copies that are F/VF with superb spotless covers, great edges and great colors, issues 124, 126, and 128 have bunched creasing and definite wear, askew spines with some staining and rubbing, a few lone creases otherwise.

This treasure trove is a near endless berserker barrage of Snikt-tastic captures, an entire full short box of Marvel Wolverine including a total of issues, a BWS Weapon X TPB, and a few keys such as the first Sabretooth/Wolverine fight, first Wolverine/Deadpool fight, first appearance of the Murasama Blade and other classic instances, iconic Jim Lee, John Byrne, Adam Kubert, Silvestri covers — roughly 141 issues, all from a hardly ever touched collection, Marvel Wolverine Volume 2 issue 2 all the way through 142, then issue 149, the giant sized special for issue 150, 151, 152, 153, issue 157, issue 189, the epic Adam Kubert issue 300, plus the second printing black-and-white variant for issue 300, and issue 301 not to mention the Barry Windsor Smith trade paperback.

If you didn’t think a lot 99 was huge enough, boy do we have a treasure trove in store for you here — Donald Blake aka Asgard’s Avenger aka the god of thunder aka the mighty Mjölnir swinger aka Odinson, Marvel Thor Volume 1 with a gargantuan amount of issues and beginning around the start of the series too, I counted twice a total of 197 comics, some classic Kirby, Simonson, Pollard covers, a handful of doubles and there’s a fair amount that are double bagged meaning back-to-back in one bag but still in great condition considering. Photos of every single comic included, it begins with Marvel Thor (The Mighty) Volume 1 issues 143, 144, 145, 146 and so on all the way through and beyond issue 400 with some skips. About half or so of these issues are bagged yet not boarded however most remain in good if not great condition, minor moment of wear except on the earlier issues some typical print rubbing, spine creasing and slight wear moments, a small chip to the top right corner edge of issues 143, 144. Many many many photos included, take a gander at the gargantuan and glorious gathering.

The Eisner Award winning Harvey Award winning best anthology series showcased here, Dark Horse Presents Volume 2 issues 24 through 36, thirteen copies and all crisp, clean and pristine, glossy covers, no damages or blemishes.

Behold the Arashikage Clan, this was a gem from decades ago and it certainly takes me back — the first appearance of Storm Shadow, then the first appearance of Duke and Roadblock — Marvel G.I.Joe A Real American Hero Volume 1 issue 21 and 22 from March and April of 1984, the silent issue is such a spectacular issue, honestly. Fabulous Klaus Janson covers. So condition wise, there’s a chip to bottom of spine, a pen marking and some very brief staining to title on 21, some slight creasing and wear to frontispiece and backing, issue 22 has more spine and perimeter creasing, a few rubbing moments.

Continuing with the monstrously massive and magnificent lots, bulldozing through the trenches and dodging blasts amd bullets with Fury’s first series, marvelous Kirby content with Sgt. Fury And His Howling Commandos Volume 1, 34 comics in total, two copies of the King-Size Annual number 1 from 1965, both copies have some slight creasing and edge wear but one is nicer, then issues 25, 28, 29, two copies of issued 32, 34, 35, 36 through 39, issue 41 with doubles of that issue, issue 46, 49, two copies of issue 50, 51, 55, 58, 59, 60, 61, 63, 65, 68, 70, 71, 73, 77, issue 112, and finally issue 126. A single chip to the top edge of issue 25, minor and slight moments of browning and edge wear, issue 112 has a crease tear near the corner box to top left, a chip to the top of issue 34 and one to bottom of spine on 35, but the majority of these issues range from very good plus very fine minus actually, issues like 38, 39 and 41 have bold coloring, and beautiful covers, as do many of them.

52 issues in total to the first volume of this spectacular Spider-Man series, then the annual number 4 from 1981 with the Frank Miller cover, then The Official Marvel Index to Marvel Team-Up number 1 and number 5 from 1985 and 86, and a massive amount of the 52 issues consist of Marvel Team-Up number 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 44, 46, 45, 47, 49, 50, 59, 60, 70, 71, 75 with doubles, 77, 70, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 90, 91, 93, 95, 96, 97, 98, 105, 108, 109, 141 with the Symbiote cover, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148 doubles of this issue, 149, and finally issue 150. Some issues are double bagged back to back but most of these as you can see remain in good condition, very little wear or damaging to spines, corners or edges.

Jump in the jeep and prepare for battle with these two early epics, DC All American Men Of War Volume 1 issues 11 and 16 from July and December of 1954, Jerry Grandanetti art and cover work of wonders. Nice sharp and clean backings with only minor wear to their left edge corners, great concise inner pages with minimal browning, nice covers, issue 11 with spine creasing, lesser so to issue 16.

Don’t judge a book without its cover, there’s some gems here. Cover less lot of 19 comics without backings and covers, beginning with Marvel Captain America numbers 111 and 123 from March of 1969 and 1970, Steranko issue to the former, Tales Of Suspense number 51 from March of 1964 the first appearance of Scarecrow, DC Green Lantern number 9, 10 and 65 (doubles of this one) from 1961-1968, The Flash 115 from September of 1960, Marvel Fantastic Four number 59 and 84, Doctor Strange 170 and 174, Star Trek 13 from 1972, Sub-Mariner 11 from 1969, Our Fighting Forces 66, 102, 140, 146 (doubles of this one), 147 and 154.

We haven’t visited the Caped Crusader in awhile so let’s travel to Gotham for some goodies directly from my Gotham desk — DC Batman Volume 1 issues 173, 225, 231, and 300, Detective Comics Volume 1 issue 343, Brave And The Bold numbers 64 and 108, then two TPBs Batman In a the Fifties 2002 and Gotham Central The Quick And The Dead 2006, then a still sealed plastic wrapped Batman Detective No.27. There is a big chip and tears to spine on issue 300, a chip to bottom of spine for Detective 343 and one to the bottom right of Batman 173, some slight spine creasing, a folded corner tip or two, minor browning and rubbing moments.

The Hammer Of Hell Enemy Ace beginning with his origin told and five fabulous following examples of excellence and marksmanship, bravery in the face of defeat — Glorious Joe Kubert covers to DC Star Spangled War Stories Volume 1 issue 139, 144, 145, 147, 148, and issue 149 spanning July of 1968 to February of 1970. A few clean VF copies here the taut polyp bagging, minor rubbing and creasing to the spines of 145 and 147, some foxing and slight creasing to perimeter of 139, mostly great concise inners.

Mickey Mantle, Yogi, DiMaggio and the rest of the greats in America’s dynasty team, Fawcett Publication’s Thrilling True Story Of The Baseball Yankees 10 center from 1952. Actually a really really nice copy, clean colors for the photo cover, a few tiny faint dings to bottom edge, minimal smudging, mostly great back cover.

Not to be outdone by DC, Harvey jumping into the foray with their own terrific thrill adventure battle book: Harvey Warfront Volume 1 issues 17, 20, 33 and 36, Bob Powell and many other greats worked on this title. A few tiny chips with one to bottom of spine for issue 17 and one for right bottom corner of 20, slight edge wear and rubbing moments otherwise.

A total of 58 Man Without Fear epics here beginning with a Frank Miller cover and including a great run and span of David Mazzucchelli and ending with a bunch of John Romita Junior’s, Marvel Daredevil Volume 1 with some jumps but spanning issues 188 by FM to issue 301 by Lee Weeks. Mostly Fine- copies if not better, minor spots of wear to an edge or two here and there, typically terrific spines and corners.

The brilliant battle series beginning with issue 7 and bombing all the way deep into the Joe Kubert Losers covers, a gargantuan grab, DC Our Fighting Forces Volume 1 issue 7, issue 38, 56, 57, two copies of issue 61, 72, 96, 98, 105, 113, 114, 115, 129, 135, 136, 137, 138, 140, 146 148, 150, 151, 154, 156, 159, 160, 162, 164, 166, 171, and the Crisis crossover issue number 1 the Loser Special from 1985. Thirty two issues total. Some typical wear, creasing and browning for earlier issues, but mostly good if not great copies, especially the Kubert issues as many of them have the polyp bagging, clean covers and edges. Mostly minor scuffs, dings and wear if so. The first five issues I opened up and photoed the frontispiece, intro page and back cover, as they are the earliest, despite some brief browning issue 7 is actually very very nice.

The fabulous first appearance and origin of the other outstanding mutant squad, second ever Cable (an an infant), first Cameron Hodge, first Firefist, and of course the first appearance of Warren Worthington as Archangel, origin of Apocalypse and a whole lot more awesome — Marvel X-Factor Volume 1 issues 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, — doubles of all of these issues except issue 1, then issue 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 21, 24, then the first two Annuals from 1986 and 1987, 109 the Legion Quest saga, doubles of 110, and finally 119. Issue one is practically pristine with a clean, sharp back cover and front cover, inner pages are concise with great corners and edges, the rest of the issues have only minimal moments of wear like a bottom, folded corner tip or a small surface scuff, a few brief creases.

The Sorcerer Supreme but in a stupendous way here with several spectacles — Marvel Doctor Strange TPB A Separate Reality first printing from 2002, then Marvel Premiere Volume 1 issues 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14, then the beautiful Brunner cover for Doctor Strange Volume 2 issue 4, then issues 13 straight through 20, a total of 18 Eye Of Agamatto items, first ever Hoggoth, first Vishanti, first Shuma Gorath mention plus much much more. The only minor blemishes are a tiny pen marking to the title of issues 16, 17 and 20, clean crisp covers and delightful corners and edges.

Featuring the jungle adventurer Ka-Zar and the cyborg slayer Deathlok The Demolisher, twenty five (25) epics included here for Marvel Astonishing Tales Volume 1 issues 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, then the jump to the Death Machine for Hire with issues 26 through 36 but missing issue 29. All copies are Fine if not a VF, faint spine creasing to a few books, minor nubbing moments, a spot or two of print rubbing but ultimately really really nice issues.

Jack The King Kirby and John Byrne delivering dazzled covers and content for Marvel’s first family, Fantastic Four Volume 1 issues 43, 66, 68, 70, 81, 83, 91, 92, 232, and issue 243, plus the King-Size Special number 5 from November of 1967 which of course is the first ever solo Silver Surfer story and the first appearance of Psycho-Man, first Byrne work on FF and first Elementals of Earth, first enclave and first cameo HIM (Adam Warlock), and a whole bunch more. This is a tremendous FF lot even if you aren’t a FF fan, quite frankly. Issue 70 and 81 are undoubtedly VF copies, shiny clean and beautiful covers, the King-Size has some brief print rubbing and spine wear, a smudge to bottom of cover on issue 92, a few creases to 83, great inner pages and backings mostly.

Stretching back as far as November of 1954, Atlas in the trenches here with two of their early war series Battle Ground Volume 1 issues 2, 8 and 18, then Battlefront from April and May of 1954 as well, several war illustrated war segments within. A surface scuff to the bottom left corner of issue 8, some typical creasing and wear to perimeters, issue 18 of Battleground is a very low grade as the back cover is detached, there’s a warping to bottom right corner of book and wear throughout the edges.

Exploding from the pages of X-men and so outstanding and awesome they deserved their own title, Puck, Marriana, Sasquatch, Aurora, Northstar and the rest of Canada’s crew of heroes here, Marvel Alpha Flight Volume 1 issues 1 through 50 with doubles of issues 30, 38, 39, 41, 42, 44, 46 and triplicates of issue 45, this also includes the Annual number 1 from 1986, and issue 14 from the Volume 2 run, issue 13 is the Wolverine encounter epic from August of 1984, the first appearances of Talisman, Puck, Marrina, Wild Child, the origin of Alpha Flight, origin of Guardian and other greatness of course. All sharp copies however some are double bagged back to back, issue 1 very nice with minimal creasing to spine. And yes, of course, amazing covers from legend John Byrne.

Ogden Whitney to the truly captivating cover of UW but a plethora of proper astonishing artwork with this unique and far from the norm lot, ACG’s Unknown Worlds number 2 from September of 1960, Charlton’s Strange Suspense Stories number 49 from 1960, Mysteries of Unexplored Worlds number 39 from 1963, then three issues of ACG’s Forbidden Worlds number 64, 82, and 121. The cover is detached for UW number 2 and some chipping to its perimeter, the centerfold page is detached for Forbidden number 64, issue 121 is a nice copy with white frontispiece and inners, slight foxing to backing, typical perimeter wear, creasing and chipping to other issues, slight browning and rubbing moments.

Frank Castle but with a fountain of vengeful examples, Marvel The Punisher Volume 2 beginning with issue 2 with eh Klaus Janson cover from 1987, then all the way through issue 104 including some milestones but with some jumps as well, featuring issues 2 through 9, then 11 all the way through 104 with doubles of issue 57 with one brown bagged variant and the other the photo variant, plus doubles of the landmark 100th issue one the glossy gray mirror cover the other the art variant. All copies from a pristine collection, hardly ever touched, purchased long ago, bagged and boarded and never taken out, VF copies.

This is a Sideshow Universal Studios Phantom Of The Opera Lon Chaney figure from 2002, standing at 12 inches tall and has never been opened or taken out of the packaging, preserved in its original condition. The detailed packaging features are working information related to the classic film and iconic character, making it a valuable collectors item for fans of classic horror and cinema history, in pristine sealed condition.

Your friendly neighborhood hero, ToyBiz Marvel Amazing Spider-Man Supersize figure manufactured in 1991, figure remains in original packaging, appearing to have never been removed, packaging in largely excellent condition with a minor rip present to to top left center lip, minor wear to box.

A pint sized proper product of Wendy and Richard Pini, Marvel and Epic Comics Elf Quest Volume 2 with almost a complete run through the series, issues 1 through 32 only missing issues 28 and 24, an Elf time span of August of 1985 to March of 1988. All copies clean and sharp with hardly a crease to their covers or spines.

Taking it was back with King Midas and The Texas Kid, Ziff-Davis Sparkle Radio Pixie number 2 from May of 1952 (there were only two issues to this series), then the title switch to Big Jon And Sparkle number 3 from August of 1952 (only two issues to the title switched run as well). Some creasing wear to spines and bottom edges, mostly very nice inner pages with brief browning, good edges.

Tremendous. Terrific. A treasure. Even if you aren’t a fan of the Asgardian Avenger, this is something supremely special you pretty much never see, you might see these gems singular, never together like this. Marvel Journey Into Mystery Volume 1 issues 108, 113, 115, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, and 125 the finale to the series before the title switch, and then because why not, The King-Size Special number 1 from 1966 (it was falsely numbered #2 as JIM, but is technically the first ever Thor Special). Important occurences much? Practically every issue here is a key landmark, first King Sindri, second Absorbing Man and Enchantress, first ever Destroyer, first Warriors Three, first Gudrun, first Magrat and Kroda, early Thor/Loki/Odin everywhere you look here. Mostly spectacular copies, minor spine creasing and slight wear around a staple or two, a dated stamping to a few covers, great concise inner pages, nice backings mostly.

Time to assemble but represent west side, Marvel West Coast Avengers complete four issue miniseries from 1984 which of course includes the first appearance and origin of the team, then The West Coast Avengers Volume 2 number 1 through 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 32, and 34, finally also The West Coast Avengers Annuals 1-3 1986-1988. All comics clean and sharp, some of them are double bagged, but no major or minor blemishes outside of a possible very brief spine creasing moment.

A whole huge amount of Marvel G.I. Joe A Real American Hero Volume 1 with issues 29 through 55, 57, 5860, 61, 63, 64, 65, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, all the way through issue 80, issue 83, issue 85, issue 86, 95, 103, 104, 109, 110, 111 through 113, 115, 116, 117, 118 through 120 with doubles of 120, several doubles (pictured), then Tales Of G.I. Joe numbers 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 12, G.I. Joe Yearbook 1, 2 and 3, G.I. Joe And The Transformers 1 and issue 3 of the 4 part miniseries, G.I. Joe Order Of Battle 2 and 4, G.I. Joe Special Missions 1-22 and issue 27, finally a small ashcan sized mini comic G.I. Joe Comics Magazine number 4 from June of 1987. A total of roughly 105 comics.

Ben Reilly the Scarlet Spider on display here, move over, Peter Parker. The first appearance of Scarlet Spider in "Memories," Marvel Web of Spider-Man Volume 1 issues 2, 118, and 123, then Web Of Scarlet Spider number 1 from November of 1995. All four issues outstanding in condition, issue 118 is bagged in a taut polyp bagging, a few tiny brief spine creases to Scarlet Spider 1.

Seventeen (17) battle spectaculars together with a whole lot of Kubert cover art to astonish with the visuals, DC Star spangled War Stories numbers 150, 163, 179, 185, 192, 195, 203, 224 the title switch to Unknown here on, 242, 253 (doubles of this issue), 259 (doubles of this one as well), 260, 263, 264, and finally issue 266. All issues are very clean, sharp and smooth, however issue 195 has wear and a chip to spine, some slight spine creasing to issues 150 (briefly), 179, 192, 195, and 203.

Golden Age glory with these two treasures of yesteryear, Fawcett Publications Wow Comics number 14 from June of 1943 featuring early Mary Marvel with Otto and Jack Binder and Bert Whitman, then Wayne Boring and Jack Hearne work with Novelty Press Blue Bolt Volume 7 number 9 from February of 1947. The latter is actually in quite stunning shape, beautiful coloring, fabulous frontispiece and even clean inner pages, some slight chipping and edge wear moments to Wow’s perimeter, some slight rubbing and browning.

Frank Castle showcased here yet again, issues 1 and 3 of this series take me back I remember getting them autographed by John Romita Junior when I met him at a con, anyhoo, a whole lotta bullets, bloodshed and vengeance with Marvel The Punisher War Zone Volume 1 issues 1 all the way through 41. From the same Punisher collection, all issues superb, purchased, bagged and boarded and hardly ever touched again.

Cops and robbers, the boys in blue versus criminals only it’s Golden Era fare, from 1954, 1955 and 1952, Premiere Magazine’s Police Against Crime numbers 5 and 8 and Headline Publications Justice Traps the Guilty number 34. The Guilty has very nice inner pages, some typical browning to backings and frontispiece perimeters to all three, the other two books have some creasing to spine and wear to it within, issue 8 has one staple loose but the bottom is intact, a minor ding to an inner page or two.

Jessica Drew against a slew of baddies for the first web crawling Volume, Marvel Spider-Woman Volume 1 issues 2 through 46 with only a few skips, plus doubles of the first Werewolf By Night feature issue 6 — Numbers 2 through 19, then 21 through 31, then 33 through 46, a total of 44 issues. The first appearance of Morgan LaFey, first ever Siryn, two Werewolf By Night cameo issues and a bunch more. Most issues sticker labeled a VF/NM or a Fine, all great copies with clean spines, great corners and pretty colors.

This is a massive gathering 71 total issues I believe plus a still-sealed massive Hardcover, the complete first Volume issues 1 through 28 including Annual 1 and The Special from August of 1987 of The Outsiders, then Batman And The Outsiders numbers 1 through 32 completing that series, the first issue the first ever appearance of Baron Bedlam, then the title switch to Adventures Od The Outsiders issues 33 through 39 (missing issues 40-46 to complete this series), and also The Batman And The Outsiders Annual Number 1 and 2, finally hardcover still shrink wrapped of Batman And The Outsiders Volume 2 from Jim Aparo and Mike W.Barr. All issues nice and minty, glossy and hardly look ever touched.

A truly stunning Steve Ditko landmark here, but not only imagery but condition wise as this is easily the nicest copy of this issue I’ve held, Charlton Captain Atom Volume 2 issue 79 from March of 1966, the first appearance of Doctor Spectro against the titular space titan Allen Adam. Really delightful colors and surface plus edges to cover, a tiny faint bit of nubbing to bottom right tip, great concise Ow inner pages and nice clean blemish free back cover. Gem.

Killing is his business, and business is good. The final massive chunk of VF Pun’s from the hardly ever touched collection, Marvel The Punisher Armory numbers 2-10 but missing issue 9, then all Annuals from 1 in 1988 to 7 of 1994 but includes doubles of issue 5 from 1992, then War Zone Annuals 1 & 2 (issue 1 is still sealed in plastic with the trading card and never opened), The Punisher Holiday Special number 1 from 1992, Punisher Back To School Special 1-3, The Summer Special number 1-4 (love that Bisley cover for issue 2, dynamite), then finally The Punisher Origin Of Microchip 1 and 2 to that two part miniseries, 28 issues total.

One of the greatest of the greats, Yoe and IDW Frank Frazetta Funny Stuff hardcover from March of 2012 first printing, then Broadway Books The Cartoon History Of The Universe Volumes 1 and 2 from Larry Gonick both 2001. All three terrific times of cartoon chaos remain in clean, sharp and like-new condition.

What, me worry?! Alfred E. Neuman here and beginning only two issues after his first ever cover appearance of the iconic laugh mag, E.C. Publications Mad Magazine numbers 32 from April of 1957 to June of 1978, everything skewered and satirized from A Clockwork Orange to Star Wars to The Exorcist to Charles Bronson Death Wish and far far beyond. Consisting of: Issue 32, 33, 38, 39, 63, 68, 20, 147, 154, 59, 160, 161, 162, 164 all the way up to 199. From the collection of Punisher issues, these mags were purchased, collected, bagged and boarded and stored hardly if ever taken out, most copies a Fine+ if not majority way better, faint print rubbing moments and a few moments of creasing, but honestly clean and sharp copies.

To the skies and ground with the intensity, two copies of William H.Wise and Company’s The American Air Forces number 4 the final issue to the brief four issue series from September of 1944, then Charlton Fightin’ Air Force numbers 52 and 53 from December of 1965 and March of 1966, finally Charlton Gunmaster And Bullet The Gun Boy number 87 from January of 1966. Some typical spine creasing and wear, issue 52 has a detatched cover and centerfold page (pictured), a slight warping to the spine of issue 53, some browning spots and moments, print rubbing, some chipping to covers of Air Forces perimeter with one copy slightly nicer than the other, mostly good inner pages.

A smashing and super sampling of Superboy and The LoSH here with thirteen terrific issues, DC’s Adventure Comics Volume 1 issues 344, 345, 347, 348,349, 355, 358, 359, 360, 361, 368, 370, amd 371, a super heroic time stamp of May of 1966 to August of 1968, and including of course legends such as Neal Adams, Curt Swan, Jim Shooter and many more. Very minor and minimal spine creasing and faint nubbing to a few corners of a few issues, most issues are clean, sharp and superb with great covers.

The Punisher, Doctor Doom, Deathlok, Luke Cage and even Spidey jump into the action with the shining, stunning and shimmering showcase of the lethal silver fox herself, Marvel Silver Sable Volume 1 issues 1 through 13, begin in with the silver embossed cover for issue 1, June 1991 to June of 1993, Palmiotti covers and more. All books pretty with proper clean corners and edges, very good copies.

One pristine yellow folded consisting of sixteen (16) different October of 1995 Official First Day Of Issuance Envelopes with accompanying stamps and descriptor cards in sleeves, Katzenjammer Kids, Little Orphan Annie, Dick Tracy, Krazy Kat, Prince Valiant, Popeye, Gasoline Alley, Li’l Abner, Terry And The Pirates, Alley Oop, Nancy and Sluggo, Rube Goldberg’s Inventions, Toonerville Folks, Little Nemo In Slumberland, Bringing Up Father and Barney Google. All clean and pristine, white, sharp and neat.

Hawkman, the Golden Age Lantern, Flash, Black Canary and the rest of the JSA dispatching justice delightfully with this dynamite lot – six clean and sharp TPB’s and 17 pristine comics, DC’s Justice Society Of America Volume 1 complete with all 8 issues to that series from April to November 1991, then volume 2 almost complete with issues 1-9 from 1992 to 1993 and including the first appearance of Jesse Quick and many others, then 7 trade paperbacks, including JSA Justice Be Done Volume 1, JSA Lost from 2005, JSA The Golden Age from 1995, JSA Fair Play from 2003, JSA Presents Stars and Stripes Volume 2 from 2008, Justice Society Volume 2 from 2007 with the Brian Bolland cover, finally Justice Society Of America The Bad Seed from 2010. All items clean, superb and sharp.

Dozens and dozens, approximately 95 in total, scouring the Galaxy and beyond with this delightful collection of various titles, Fantasy And Science Fiction, Isaac Asimov, Worlds Of Tomorrow, Frank Herbert, IF, Harlan Ellison, Analog and more. Some typical wear, print rubbing and browning but most books remain complete and clean, with only minor creasing and wear.

This is just cool, even if you aren’t a huge fan of war titles — Titan Books Dan Dare Pilot Of The Future The Red Moon Mystery with foreword by Chris Claremont 2004, Canton Street Press’ The Complete Golden Age Airboy & Valkyrie 2013, Glossy softcover Titan Books The Best Of Battle October of 2009, Fantagraphics Blazing Combat from February of 2010 first printing (as are most if not all of these are), Titan Books Rat Pack Guns, Guts and Glory August of 2012, and Drugstore Kraken by Jordi Bernet French Edition 2012 (this entire beautiful book is in French, see photos). Some dust jackets, but otherwise all remain sharp, nice and like-new.

A still sealed and shrink wrapped DC Joe Kubert The Viking Prince hardcover from 2010, Pure Imaginations Joe Kubert Reader 0 from 2010 softcover, and finally DC Star Spangled War Stories Volume 1 issue 143 from March of 1969. The centerfold page is detatched to the comic plus faint creasing to the spine of it, all three items clean and sharp otherwise.

The books are such a delight, design and content wise, you’re getting early adventures from three of Marvel’s biggest ever properties — Masterworks Volume 6 The Fantastic Four, Volume 8 Incredible Hulk, and Volume 11 The X-men 1988 and 1989. Not sealed these hardcover are open and raw, but no damages, possible faint dust or brief tiny wear to a spot on a dust jacket.

If you’re not familiar or a fan of Amanda Conner’s art and illustration, one read through of The Pro might change that for you, she’s spectacular; here showcases three girl power products, Image The Pro Hardcover first edition from 2004, then Kitchen Sink Press’ The Great Women Super Heroes first printing of September of 1996, A Century Of Women Cartoonists both by Trina Robbins 1993. All three femme fatale’s fantastic and like-new.

Four fierce items here: Gold Key Tarzan number 156 from February of 1966, sendaway exclusive Dynamite Gold Key Turok Dinosaur Hunter number 1 from with Robert Castro cover variant, then signed and hand numbered Fearless Dawn Kickstarter Exclusive Jurassic Jungle Boogie Nights by Steve Mannion 2013, also a signed and hand numbered Fearless Dawn Hard Times One-shot, and with that an accompanying Fearless Dawn In Outer Space One-shot from July of 2013. All five comics clean and superb in shape, only the Tarzan has a few tiny dings to its clean back cover and a pencil marking to it, nice spine and cover, equally excellent inners.

Another astonishing treasure trove of Peter Parker, a devastating amount of amazing undoubtedly— 2 Marvel Treasury’s The Sensational Spider-Man number 27 and The Spectacular Spider-Man number 1, then three Marvel Graphic Novels "Fear Itself," "Parallel Lives,? and “ Hooky,? Marvel Epic Collection Amazing Spider-Man Kraven’s Last Hunt TPB, and then a fountain of fantastic with a staggering run of ASM Volume 1: issues 130, 144, 145, 152 through 156, issue 158, issue 163 through issue 173, issue, 176 through 178, 182 through 186, issue 189 through 193, 196 through 200, 202 through 209, 211, 213 through issue 219, 221 through 237, issues 240 through 244, and finally issue 249. I counted twice it looks to be a total of 77 comics, so that makes it 83 items total. Many issues sticker labeled a Fine or better, they remain clean and sharp, the large Treasury’s have only very faint edge wear and a small pen marking near corner box for issue 1, the Graphic Novels and TPB are fabulous and delightful in condition.

A stunning run of caped crusader and crew features, DC The Brave And The Bold Volume 1 issues 70, 84, 88, 90, 91, 92, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, and 102, too much awesome and important occurrences to mention but a time span of March of 1967 to July of 1972. Clean and sharp copies, take a gander at these covers and spines, minimal creasing if at all.

The second massive chunk of Alfred E. Neuman’s skewering everything from Popeye to Indiana Jones to Superman to countless other pop culture bonkers moments, E.C. Mad Magazine Volume 1 with a totally of 50 issues from the late 70’s all the way into the late-mid 1980’s. Fabulous Jack Davis, Jack Rickard, Mort Drucker covers and more. Consisting of issues: Number 200 through 228, then issue 233, 234, issue 236, 239, 241, 242, issue 244, 245, 247, 250 through 254, 256, 257, 260, 261, 265, 268, and finally issue 269. From the collection of Punisher issues, these mags were purchased, collected, bagged and boarded and stored hardly if ever taken out, most copies a Fine+ if not majority way better, faint print rubbing moments and a few moments of creasing, but honestly clean and sharp copies.

Gorgeous Jim Aparo art for a stunning ten issue The Spectre run, a certain highlight of this series and DC in general during this period — Adventure Comics Volume 1 issues 431 through 440 February of 1974 to August of 1975, the new Origin of the titular haunted Jim Corrigan plus much more. Mostly sensational copies, great covers, corners and spines.

Ernst and Mary Gerber compiled a painstaking and proper tribute to all of comic-dom with these tremendous and huge tomes, Gerber The Photo Journal Guide To Comic Books Volume 1, Volume 2, Volume 3 and Volume 4 from 1989 to 1991, tens of thousands of original photos and millions of comics catalogued, these hardcovers measure 10 x 14. Slight wear to some dust jackets but only minimally however hardcover Volume 3 does have some slight bubbling to the plastic wrap on the dust jacket. Books themselves clean and sharp.

Almost a full shot box of Steve Rogers’ red, white and bruising. Staggering amount here really, Marvel Captain America Volume 1 issue 132 through issue 394, a total of 113 issues, many keys and landmarks, iconic covers and such. Majority of issues are Fine if not hovering around that mark, some double bagged but visible clean copies with no major damaging.

Jack The King Kirby combined forces with Mike Royer to create this series after his Fourth World had already flourished and The King has been burned by both Marvel and DC, Pacific Comics Captain Victory And The Galactic Rangers Volume 1 complete issues 1 through 13 with doubles of issue 1 alongside with the lone Special number 1, November of 1981 to January of 1984, including the first appearance and Origin of the titular space Titan. All hardly touched, clean and smooth copies.

Pristine and clean, sealed and shrink wrapped, four fantastic hardcovers including Marvel The Twelve The Complete Series from 2014, DC Spirit World by Jack Kirby from 2012, DC The Atomic Knights by John Broome and Murphy Anderson from 2010, and DC Teen Titans Earth One Volume 1 2014. No perforations to plastic.

Award winning Grant Morrison and Steve Yeowell together on this electric and exciting series they created, Titan Books Zenith Volume 1 issues 1 through 5 to complete the miniseries 1988-1990, all issues magazine sized, then to compliment a spectacular sealed and shrink wrapped hardcover from 2000 AD Zenith limited edition Omnibus. A stunning lot, only minor imperfections are a slight bit of nubbing to the top of spine on Book 5 and a few holes to the plastc on the back of hardcover.

The Creature Commandos, The G.I. Robot, freaky beasts, demons and even dinosaurs attack with this awesome twelve issue grouping, DC Weird War Tales Volume 1 numbers 12, 20, 23, 36, 37, 43, 46, 54, 66, 99, 111 and 116 a huge battle time span of March of 1973 to October of 1982, some Joe Kubert, Michael W.Kaluta and Gil Kane covers featured. Mostly great copies, issues 12, 20 and 43 have some wear, creasing and rubbing to spine, but mostly to issue 20, great covers and corners otherwise.

Beginning with the instantly recognizable and blistering cover from Carl Potts, Marvel The Punisher War Journal Volume 1 issues 1 all the way through issue 80, November of 1988 to July of 1995 to complete the entire series, and featuring the first Punisher/Wolverine fight, the Wedding Cake photo cover for issue 36, the iconic embossed cover for 50, Jim Lee, Joe Jusko and John Romita Jr. covers and more. From the same collection as the other Punishers, these issues were purchased, bagged and boarded and stored cleanly and hardly ever touched, sharp superb copies.

Stunning Steve Ditko artwork but to the inner pages for Valiant Shadowman number 6, Solar Man Pf The Atom number 14, and Magnus Robot Fighter 18 and 19, then Marvel Impel Super Heroes and Super Villains cards from 1992 and X-men Super Heroes Series 2 from 1993, none of the card sets are complete as they’re missing three or four cards each, but each does have doubles, then a Topps 1993 Batman Animated Harley Quinn card in casing for 36 of 1000. All cards clean and sharp, as are comics, they are all double boarded and labeled to back.

Stemming from the brilliance of The King Kirby, exciting endeavors with the Celestials, nineteen (19) issues total here, Marvels The Eternals Volume 1 issues 3 through 10 and Annual number 1, the first appearance of Sersi, Broop and other Eternals, plus Volume 2 from 1985 issues 1 through 11 of the 12 issue miniseries but missing issues 9 and 12 with those Simonson and Pollard covers. Great copies, only a few tiny dings to the top of the Annual, and a few brief moments of print rubbing here and there.

Marvel in the Mad Magazine manner with these two screwballs, Not Brand Echh Volume 1 issues 5 and 7 from December of 1967 and April 1968, Gene Colan, Kirby, Marie Severin, Roy Thomas and other greats just having fun, issue five is the origin of Forbush Man and first appearance of the Keeper Of The Comics Code, issue 7 the origins of Fantastical Four and Stupor Man. The backing to issue 7 has a whole lot of dealer writing on it to tell you about its condition (pictured), issue 5 is actually slightly better.

The first appearance of Joker’s Daughter and the Origin of Ragman with the spectacular Jim Starlin cover together, DC Batman Family Volume 1 issues 6 and 20 from August of 1976 and November of 1978. Both copies clean and pristine in taut poly p bagging, a super faint nubbing to the bottom of both spines, and a couple chipped tips to the bottom corners of a few pages near the centerfold for issue 20.

"Damn dirty apes!" Curtis Planet Of The Apes Volume 1 issues 4, 5, 9, 11, 15, 16 (doubles of this issue), 23, 28 (doubles of this issue also), and 29 the final issue to the series with a somewhat low print run, Bob Larkin, George Tuska, Archie Goodwin, Doug Moench and other greats collaborated work. Outstanding copies, great colors on covers, only minor spine creasing, and a stamp to two covers near title, clean corners mostly.

The origin of the Serpent Crown and the first appearance of Garganthos with outstanding Mike Esposito/John Romita/Marie Severin covers, Marvel Sub-Mariner Volume 1 issue 12 and 13 from April and May of 1969. Fabulous VF copies (issue 12 even sticker labeled as such), very brief creasing to spine on issue 13.

A big distance of time between these two A team takes but they’re still terrific, Marvel The Avengers Volume 1 issues 32 and 86 from September of 1966 and March of 1970, the first appearance of the Sons of The Serpent, Supreme Serpent, Doctor Foster (whom later becomes Black Goliath), and second ever Squadron Supreme. A pen marking to the tile of issue 86 is a lone pesky blemish, the spine and rest of the issue is sharp and clean, issue 32 has creasing wear, foxing and fading to its perimeter.

Fabulous, fantastic and a beautiful fright book you can really sink your fangs into, Dell Publishing’s Dracula number 1 (listed as 12-231-212) from October of 1962 with a vivid and stunning Vic Prezio cover. A pretty cover with wonderful corners and edges, awesome frontispiece, spectacular even and concise inner pages, almost spotless backing with a brief bit of print rubbing. A gem.

War, what is it good for?! Dazzling Nick Cardy covers of daring action for everyone’s favorite heroic youngster squad stemming as far back as June of 1970, DC Teen Titans Volume 1 numbers 27, 28, 29, 30, 32 all the way through 43 then issue 46 and 47, many minor firsts within this lively fighting lot. Mostly Fine+ copies if not several even better, check out these spines and covers, very nice and clean.

Taking it way back to the silver screen and boob tube, Gold Key Secret Agent number 2, Fantastic Voyage 1966, then Dell Publishing’s The Wings Of Eagles 1957, Moby Dick 1956, Disney’s The Great Locomotive Chase 1956, and Master Of The World 1956. Mostly very delightful copies, minor spine wear of at all but gorgeous frontispieces and backings, concise inner pages, Locomotive has two surface scuffs, a few pen markings and a stamping to cover, great edges and corners everywhere.

Extremely early and exciting Metal Men presented here literally three issues after their first ever appearance, DC Showcase Volume 1 number 40 from September of 1962, Ross Andru cover to dazzle and delight, "The Day The Metal Men Melted," the second appearance of Chemo. This is a truly beautiful copy and not even just for its age, a brief color fading and a few very minor creases to center of spine, beautiful inner pages, frontispiece, and back cover, what a gem.

Hulk, Strange and Namor with a fountain of furious and fabulous epics, 43 issues in total to Marvel The Defenders Volume 1 issues 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19 through 27, issue 29 all the way to 42, then 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 52, 62, 92, 99, then The Giant-Size The Defenders numbers 2, 4 and 5. The first full Alpha The Ultimate Mutant, first cameo of Starhawk, second Starhawk, plus much much more. All spectacular copies, hardly any creasing or wear to perimeters, clean spines, sharp edges.

Two Bat-tactic features here, great Gotham-ites, the third ever Clayface (first Silver Age appearance of him) in Batman Volume 1 issue 208 from February of 1969 with fabulous Nick Cardy cover, then the third appearance of Harley Quinn in DC Batman Adventures Annual number 1 from 1994 with John Byrne inner art. A few super faint creases to the bottom right corner of issue 208 and some very minor print rubbing, everywhere else is delightful.

Six total stupendous and proper Diana Prince productions — DC Wonder Woman Volume 1 issues 207, 242 and 257, then three trade paperbacks consisting of Wonder Woman By George Perez Volume 3 2018, Wonder Woman Challenge Of The Gods 2004, and Wonder Woman Bitter Rivals from 2004. All three comics are clean and sharp, issue 207 however has a brief warping to bottom of book, TPBs like new.

Five fabulous and fantastic magazine sized morsels with some stunner covers from the greatest to ever do it from Neal Adams, Steranko, Russ Manning and Richard Corben, Marvel Comics Index number 3, 4, and 8A, then Warren Magazine Comix International number 2 and finally New Media Publishing’s Comics Feature A Tribute To Russ Manning number 26 from December of 1983. All five in clean sharp shape, some print rubbing spots along the spine of issue 3 and a crease dent to the bottom right corner of frontispiece, some very faint edge wear to a few other spots, but all very very nice.

Seventeen dust covered cowboy boot features from various publications stemming as far back as 1949, beginning with Dell Roy Rogers Comics numbers 68, 48 and 53 , Roy Rogers Trigger number three, then Dell Gene Autry Comics numbers 23 the Canadian edition, 37, 78, 29, 53, 45, Gene Autry’s Champion number 3, Dell Zane Grey’s Picturized Edition The Ranger number 255, Fawcett Publications Hopalong Cassidy numbers 47 and 58, and Marvel Kid Colt Outlaw numbers 122 and 134, and Western Gunfighters number 29. All comics intact except Kid Outlaw 122 which has a detatched cover and serious warping, Some typical creasing and edge wear, slight browning to perimeters of frontispieces, a few folded corner tips to pages, some good copies too however.

DC dynamite with a huge run of 30 issues plus a hardcover included: Infinity Incorporated The Generations Saga Volume 1 first printing from 2011, then a stunner run of Volume 1 of the series from issues 1 all the way to 30 plus the finale issue of the series number 53, and the Crisis Annual number 1, Annual number 2 and the Special number 1 from 1987, including some keys like the first published Todd McFarlane cover art and first appearance of Mister Bones and more. A total of 35 items. All copies supremely clean and sharp, VF+ hardly a single crease or dent to any of these covers, hardcover like-new and superb as well.

Amazing Alex Toth and Mort Meskin imagery in this three taled sci fi take with a Dick Dillin cover, DC My Greatest Adventure Volume 1 issue number 61 from November of 1961, "I Battled For The Doom Stone." A beautiful cream colored inner pages that are even with great edges and corners, the bottom staple is loose but the top remains intact, the back cover is similar with a few crease dings to the top left corner and bottom left corner and spine, cover has some slight wear to the bottom staple of spine.

Atlantis Attacks continued and expanded the format created by 1988's The Evolutionary War crossover storyline, in which all of Marvel's superhero annuals were tied into one story, spanning a great deal of Marvel’s most popular titles and characters (14 books in total), various series beginning from 1989. All fourteen copies spectacular and sensational in shape with no blemishes.

Three massive tomes showcasing a great deal of all of comic-dom: Publications International Over 50 Years Of American Comic Books by Ron Goulart from 1991, Phaidon Press’ Comics, Comix & Graphic Novels A History Of Comic Art from 1996, and Smithsonian Institution Press A Smithsonian Book Of Comic-Book Comics from 1981. Some slight wear to the dust jacket of Smithsonian, and a brief bit of print rubbing to the first two pages before intro to Phaidon Press, everywhere else excellent.

A treasure trove of T’Challa, thirty one (31) total comics spanning more than a few series — Marvel Black Panther Volume 1 (Kirby Covers!) issue 5 through 15 but missing issue 12, the tail end completion of the Volume, then Marvel Jungle Action Volume 1 issues 9 through 17, 19 through 24, Marvel Premiere numbers 52 and 53, and finally all four issues to the limited series Black Panther Volume 2 1-4 from 1988. Many minor first appearances but especially of note issue 21 and 22 to JA. Really really nice copies mostly, vibrant vivid cover colors, excellent corners.

Following the Yellow Brick Road all the way to some sensational Eric Shanower work, IDW Adventures In Oz from April of 2006, then First Publishing’s The Secret Island Of Oz and The Forgotten Forest Of Oz both second printings from September of 1990. Only minor blemish is a few brief surface crease scuffs to spine on Island Of Oz.

Some of the greatest of the greats unquestionably presented here with nine amazing items — Pure Imaginations Ditko Edge Of Genius from 2008, Robin Snyder and Steve Ditko Avenging World by Ditko first printing from 2002, Dark Horse Al Williamson Hidden Lands first edition October 2004, Pure Imaginations Al Williamson Forbidden Worlds first edition 2009, Vanguard Wallace Wood Sketchbook first printing from January of 2000, TwoMorrows Wallace Wood Checklist Wallace A2Z first printing from 2003, Aardwolf The UnCanny Dave Cockrum A Tribute first printing from 2004, Pure Imaginations Alex Toth Edge Of Genius from 2007, and finally TwoMorrows Dick Giordano Changing Comics One Day At A Time first printing 2003. All softcovers sensational in shape, only minor faint blemish is a super tiny bit of warping to the bottom of Wallace Wood Sketchbook.

Sultry, goofy, mature and still yet tasteful, Fastner and Larson two of the greatest erotic art legends here with six smoking samples — two copies of SQP Kiss Of Death The Art Of Fastner & Larson 2000, Fastner & Larson’s Little Black Book Volume 2 2004, Fastner & Larson Architects Of Fantasy Volume 1 1994, and Rich Larson’s Haunted House Of Lingerie Volume 1 and Volume 2 from 1997 and 1999. All graphic novel sized softcovers remain in sharp like-new shape with no minor damages.

The greatest to ever do it, The King showcased here splendidly with four large items — Titan Books The Simon and Kirby Superheroes huge hardcover with intro by Neil Gaiman first edition from October of 2010, Fantagraphics The Comics Journal Library First Edition 2002, then TwoMorrows Jack Kirby Collector numbers 37 and 38 from 2003. Terrific copies, only minor blemish being a brief bit of warping near spine of the giant Comics Journal.

Charles Biro, Norman Maurer and other Golden Age greats work with this glorious Golden Era grab, five issues of Lev Gleason Publications’ Boy Comics Volume 1 issues 44, 53, 54, 86 and 95, stemming all the way back to February of 1949. Some typical spine creasing and surface rubbing but altogether nice copies, awesome colors and covers, one small rip to the side edge on backing for issue 86.

Captivating Charles Biro covers, going all the way back to June of 1952, seven fabulous issues of Daredevil Comics Volume 1 numbers 87, 92, the 100th issue epic, 102, 103, 107 and 112, more than a dozen vintage Little Wise Guys hijinks. Great great copies, only a slight chip to the top of spine on issues 100, 102 and 107 otherwise just some brief spine creasing, minor edge wear, good inner pages and frontispieces mostly.

Steranko, Dick Ayers, Kirby and Gil Kane covers for these gripping creature features, five issues total with a double, Marvel Where Monsters Dwell Volume 1 number 5 and Creatures On The Loose Volume 1 issue 13 (doubles of this one), 20 and 21, the Steranko Gulliver Jones Warrior Of Mars epic. Only some brief creasing and dings to spines, mostly good edges and covers, concise inners.

The King Kirby breaking ground and brilliantly with his Fourth World via the escape artist above all — DC Mister Miracle Volume 1 issues 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 (doubles of this one), 9m(doubles also of this one), and issue 10, the second ever Dr. Bedlam, third Mister Miracle, first Lump and Kanto, first Gilotina, World Protective League and more. All of these are really pretty copies, one of the issue 9’s sticker labeled a VF, but in particular the first issue 8 (this copy in a taut polyp bagging and practically spotless), issue 10 and issue 6 are crazy sharp and clean, hardly any even minor blemishes.

The flagship series showcased here for the caped crusader, a gigantic two stacks of Detective Comics Volume 1 — 34 comics in total including some 100 Page Giants, consisting of issues: 418, 420 through 426, 428, 429, 432 through. 436, 439, 440, 442 through 445, 447 through 449, 452, 453, 463, 464, 466, 468, 470, and 471 through 473, plus a Batman In The Fifties TPB first printing from 2002. A few comics sticker labeled VF, most are very very nice with hardly any cover or spine wear, clean colors.

Four fables bringing it way back, Fawcett Publications Don Winslow Of The Navy number 54 1947, EC Frontline Combat number 14 from 1953, Fawcett Master Comics 96 October of 1948, and Quality Comics Group Blackhawk number 86 from March of 1955. The cover is detached for Master Comics and some definite chipping and edge wear, a few rips and creasing to Blackhawk plus some spine print rubbing, Combat is actually quite nice with minor spine creasing and a few spots of wear, Winslow has a chip to bottom right corner and some browning near it, a few moments of wear.

Seven spy filled sensationals to this lot, Charlton Primus Volume 1 issue 1 from February of 1972 with Joe Staton artwork for the Robert Brown spectacle, then the complete 6 issue limited series for Charlton Vengeance Squad 1-6 with doubles of issue 1, Frank Bolle cover and the first appearance of Mike Mauser to that introduction issue. All seven comics in clean spectacular shape, clean covers, clean spines, concise inners.

Three dark delights of cinema history graphically adapted, Dark Horse Universal Monsters Cavalcade Of Horror first edition January of 2006, then Galactic Books 50 Years Of Hammer Horror and 75 Years Of Universal Monsters first editions from 2006 and 2007 by John L. Flynn. All three like-new and clean, only a teeny tad bit of wear to the side bottom of spine on Cavalcade.

Almost the entire complete series as it’s only missing issue 1, issues 2 through 15 to DC Secret Society Of Super Villains July of 1976 to July of 1978 and including the 1977 SSOSV Special, Dick Giordano, Rick Buckler, Gerry Conway and other fellow titans. All fifteen copies fantastic with hardly a crease ding or dent to any of the covers.

Quite incredible and equality insane, this took me a great deal of time to gather, sort and put together. An unbelievable amount of Robert E. Howard’s savage creation, the barbarian Cimmerian here in darn near every way imaginable, you won’t find anything like this anywhere else, quite literally a collection unto itself. Here’s what it includes — 2 short boxes full of Savage Sword Of Conan, almost the entire span of the series with doubles and triples, Nos: 6, 10, 14, 16, 20, 22 through 235, some skips but many doubles and a few triples. A total of 203 Savage magazines. All comics bagged and boarded and malt in Fine if not better state, hardcovers, TPBs, Treasury also clean and superb, the two short boxes of Savage Sword Magazines have most issues unbagged and not boarded but most remain in clean shape with only some minor edge wear as they’re mostly from two untouched and stored away boxes, very little if any browning, covers mostly clean and intact. Curtis here giving the creeps and chills, Dracula Lives issue number 5 from March of 1974, then Monsters Unleashed Volume 1 issues 4, 5, and 6, from February to June of 1974, and Masters Of Terror issue 2 with the Dan Adkins Invisible Man cover from September of 1975, and finally Marvel Preview number 16 from March of 1979. All fright mags clean and fantastic however a few of them so have some spine creasing, and a few other minor moments of wear or two.

Make believe and fairy tales but in an astounding award winning manner, Vertigo Fables with fifteen VF volumes, Fables Animal Farm, Storybook Love 2003 and 2004, then from 2007 on, Fables Volume 9 Sons Of Empire, Volume 10 The Good Prince, Volume 11 War And Pieces, Volume 12 The Dark Ages, Volume 13 The Great Fables Crossover, Volume 14 Witches, Volume 16 Super Team, Volume 17 Inherit The Wind, Volume 18 Cubs In Toyland, Volume 19 Snow White, Volume 20 Camelot, then Vertigo’s From The Books Of Fables Fairest Volumes 1 and 2 Wide Awake and The Hidden Kingdom. All books sturdy, smooth and sharp.

Crisis On Infinite Earths, The Dark Knight Returns, Watchmen, but was any miniseries as massive, important and as encompassing to all of comic history as The Infinity Gauntlet saga? So they solidified and formed a Marvel Cinematic Universe behind it, Marvel The Infinity Gauntlet complete issues 1 through 6 from July to December of 1991, shoutout to the memory of the glorious George Perez, a smattering of characters and amazing moments. All six copies VF, polyp bagged and without even a crease to their spines.

Everyone’s favorite muck minster and big bog beast, DC Swamp Thing Volume 1 issue 21, 23 and 24, the final issue of the series from September of 1976, then The Saga Of Swamp Thing Volume 1 issues 1 through 7 from May to November 1982, finally a huge DC Swamp Thing The Bronze Age Volume 2 Trade Paperback from 2019. All items excellent and awesome, no minor blemishes really.

The caped crusader collectible 1991 Kenner Batman Returns Batman Figure, item includes original which shows some slight wear to areas and still has price tagged attached fo top, box wear to bottom right corner area. The Batman figures loose inside the box and both the figure and the box have accumulated some dust, a booklet is included at the bottom of the box which is still intact.

Three 1996 King Features Popeye themed aluminum signs in pristine condition, each sign showcases the iconic character, Popeye with vibrant colors and bold graphics characteristic of mid 20th century pop culture imagery. Durable and well preserved, these signs are likely replicas or barber advertisements from that area as indicated by the familiar pricing of five cents, which adds to the nostalgic value. They measure 10 x 16 inches, no blemishes clean and shiny.

This set includes four vintage Halloween masks featuring characters from the classic Popeye series: Popeye, Olive Oyl, Pluto, and a unique oversized Swee Pea mask that resembles a Harley Quinn with a flowing dress like cloth covering. Crafted from durable materials, these mass offer nostalgic representation of the characters and each mass showcases, detailed facial features, vivid expressions, and designed for comfortable wear. Speaking of wear, no wear besides some possible dust.

From Upper Playground and Double Punch 2008, Pay Day Collectible Vinyl Figurine with booklet. This collectible figures presented in original packaging unopened, featuring unique illustrative artwork from the artist the box includes a window for display purposes moment, maintaining item integrity.

This is a Screamin Topps Mars Attacks Target Earth Model Kit from 1995, a collectors item from the era the set is complete but requires re-gluing (or gluing at all, don’t believe it was ever glued no signs of that) at the limbs. The model kit remains in good condition otherwise making it a site after peace for enthusiast of the Mars attack series. The box features color for our working associate with the mar attack franchise notable collectible from the midnight 90s.

The hero Gotham didn’t know they needed…stands about 5 feet tall but around 56 inches, complete with backing, folded over for bagging and storage, very limited minor wear to a few lips or edges if at all, from 1993 King Features Synidcate #90, with a small instruction sheet.

Theatrical The Gate and The Running Man movie posters. Measuring 40 x 27 and 38 x 26, about six pieces of taping, remains to the top and bottom edges, and a little bit of staining to the right edge of The Gate, Running Man is like-new and clean, both have fold creasing from folded storage.

Directly after the stunning and acclaimed Spectre run on the series, the aquatic actioner of Atlantis takes the reigns for a twelve issue stint, this is that stint that concludes with the Death Of Aquababy and Black Manta’s identity revealed via the greats Jim Aparo and David Michelinie — DC Adventure Comics Volume 1 issues 441 through 452 ending August of 1977. All twelve issues remain terrific with bold vivid colors on cover, outstanding edges and corners.

These covers never fail to stun and stagger, so vivid and excellent— Dynacomm Magazine Famous Monsters Of Filmland numbers 215, doubles of 217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 223, 224, 225, 227, and 228, everyone from Lon Chaney’s Wolfman to Boris Karloff Frankenstein‘s monster to Alice Cooper even. All copies clean and perhaps a minimal minor ding or dent to an edge or surface.

It’s "Ice And Hellfire" for this tremendous 15 item lot that spans a great deal of the spawn of hell, Marvel Spotlight Volume 1 issues 14, 16, 18, 19, and 24, that is the final of the MS run, then in his own hellish starring series with Marvel The Son Of Satan Volume 1 numbers 2 through 8, then because why not The Son Of Satan Classic TPB first printing 2016. All items hellishly sharp and superb, no major dings or creasing to comics.

Edgar Rice Burroughs’ vine swinging savior showcased here with a gorilla sized Goliath amount, twenty nine (29) items in total — beginning with Dark Horse Tarzan The Complete Years first edition from August of 2016, then a gorgeous Gold Key run issues 142, 146, 147, 148, 153, 154, 156, 157 through issue 161, 163, 164, 166, 167, 169, 171, 172, 173, and 175 then Kubert time with DC Tarzan Of The Apes number 209 through 215 including his third ever DC appearance. As you can see, covers look lovely, great colors and corners, strict straight edges, minimal wear.

Centering around Kal-El mostly and his captivating creation, The DC Penguin House Comics Encyclopedia New Edition with foreword by Jim Lee first edition from 2021, Del Ray Ballantine Books The Essential Batman Encyclopedia 2015, an autographed and personalized by author Marc Tyler Nobleman Randomhouse Boys Of Steel The Creators Of Superman 2008, also autographed and personalized by Nobleman Charlesbridge’s Bill The Boy Wonder The Secret Co-Creator Of Batman from 2012, and Harper’s DC Super Heroes Storybook Collection from 2012.

There isn’t a bag and board big enough for the worlds biggest comic book — Wham-O’s Giant Comics number 1 from April of 1967, over 1500 action panels and absurdly big at 21 x 14 inches and over 30 huge pages included. Crazy good condition considering its sheer size and age plus the fact that it has no bagging, clean even and concise inner pages, a few tiny dings to the bottom and top of spine, slight crease to the bottom corner of frontispiece. A fantastic piece of Goliath comic history.

The man of steel showcased here with twenty Super samples — DC Action Comics Volume 1 issues 371, 372, 377, 378, 379, 382, 383, 384, 388, 390, 392, 392, 411, 415, 419, 420, 423, 428, 429, and finally issue 454 January 1969 all the way to December of 1975. Four or so copies encased in taut poly bagging, but the majority are marvelous, crisp, clean and sharp, beautiful colors on covers.

Spanning brilliant Bill Sienkiewicz, iconic Silvestri, gorgeous JRJR and BWS covers, the first appearance of Bishop, the Joining of Psylocke to the team and first brief cameo of Mr.Sinister, "Fever Dream," "Close Call,?? and more marvelous mutant stuff , 41 issues in total: Uncnanny X-men Numbers 195 through 213, 215, 216, 218, 219, 222, 223, 226, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 251, 276, 282, 283, 284, 285, 286, 309, 311, issue 320 the Legion quest part one. Most copies clean and sharp, very little if any blemishes.

A terrific and tremendous amount of titanium head extravaganzas here, Tony Stark himself would be proud — Marvel Iron Man Volume 1 issues 23, 27, 28, 43, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 56, 57, 59, 60, 61, 64, 71, 72, 74, 75, 82, 83, 84, 89, and finally the monster Frankenstein feature issue number 101, twenty four fabulous IM issues together. Most copies very nice, perhaps a minor spine creasing or brief ding but mostly very good.
