All bidders must register in order to bid on items with Wieman Land & Auction. New customers maybe asked to send the auction company a letter of credit to be approved to bid. Wieman Land & Auction reserves the right to remove a bidder for violations of the terms and conditions. If any bidder at any time feels his/her username or password has been compromised, contact Wieman Land & Auction immediately.
All Equipment is sold in "AS IS" condition
All auction items are being sold in as is condition with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Any description given by Wieman Land & Auction or the seller is not guaranteed. All sales are final! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, etc. will be allowed. The best inspection of equipment is to be done personally by you, the buyer. Once listed, all items are available for auction only and not subject to prior sale.
Auction End Times
WiemanBid2Buy.com online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. All items have an auto extended bid feature. Any bid placed in the final minute of close will automatically extend the bidding 1 minute until no bid is place in the allotted time.

All pictures of items are to be used only as a guide. Pictures may not always display every major nor minor flaw in condition. In order to make the best determination of condition, we encourage you to personally inspect the items.

Payments
A successful bidder is responsible for making payments on time. All payments are to be made out to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check, or wire transfer are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for within 2 business days to avoid a finance charge. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action.
Removal of Purchase
All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). All items must be removed within 2 weeks or may be subject to storage charges. The buyer is responsible for transportation of his/her purchase. Loading assistance may be available during Faber's business hours. All items must be picked up in 30 days or will be subject to be resold.
