BY PLACING A BID YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE LOT. Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction. All bidding activity will take place online. When bidding, just enter your maximum bid. The system will bid on your behalf using only what it needs to keep you in the lead. Removal: Appointments will be available December 3rd-5th. Winners will be emailed a link to schedule pickup. Please remember, as always, the condition of these items ranges from "NEW" to "SALVAGE" and you should personally inspect all items before bidding! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS PAYMENT / TAXES Q: I didn't receive my invoice. A: Invoices are e-mailed within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Please check your SPAM and PROMOTIONS folder and add help@sourceauctions.com to your contacts. Q: How do I pay? A: We charge the credit card on file within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Please make sure the credit card is up to date. We do not take credit cards by phone or e-mail. We pull all credit card data from HiBid to stay PCI compliant. Q: Do you take cash? A: Yes and sometimes there is a discount offered for cash payments. Please check "Auction Details -> Payment Information" to verify. You MUST notify us before the auction ends of your intent to pay cash. Once we charge your credit card we do not refund. Q: I am tax exempt, how do I avoid paying you tax? A: Submit an ST-10 (in-state) or ST-14 (out-of-state) to this e-mail address. A sales tax certificate from your state is not sufficient. REMOVAL Q: When is the removal period? A: Please see "Auction Details" on the auction page for all relevant bidding, payment, shipping and removal information. Q: Do I need an appointment / How do I make an appointment? A: Appointments are required for all pickups. Winning bidders will receive an e-mail after the auction with a link to schedule a pickup. Please see "Auction Details" for the dates appointments will be available. Q: I do not want my item(s) at all. A: We strongly discourage abandoning items and we deal with this on a case by case basis. Please be aware that this can lead you to being banned from future auctions. SHIPPING Q: I need shipping. A: All items that are not picked up within our removal period will automatically be shipped. You do not need to do anything further unless contacted. Q: Can you ship to XXX address please? A: We only ship to the shipping address provided when you registered. If you need items shipped to a different address you must update your HiBid account before the auction closes. This will force over the new shipping address to us when the auction is settled. Q: How much will shipping be? A: This varies depending on each item and where it's being shipped. For the cheapest shipping available, please make sure you do not use a PO BOX on your shipping address. We only charge $5 per box or $75 per pallet shipped as a handling fee and use the cheapest option available (UPS, FedEx, USPS or LTL Freight) to ship your item(s). Q: When will you ship my items? A: We begin shipping after the pickup/removal period has ended. Our typical pickup period is the two weeks following the auction so you can expect your items to begin shipping within 10 business days after the auction ends. |
