ALL Firearms must be shipped to a Licensed FFL Dealer near you, should you need shipping. Should you win a firearm, ask your FFL Dealer to email a copy of their license to dave@powellauction.com. We will not even pack your firearm until we have your dealers license in hand, so getting them on the ball will only speed up you receiving your firearm. If you are local, Powell Auction is an FFL Licensee and will perform the background check for you. You must be 21 years old to purchase a handgun. You must be 18 years old to purchase a Long gun. We DO NOT Ship firearms or ammunition to California!!! We can not ship ammunition to Alaska!! We can not ship Firearms or Ammunition to Hawaii!! We do NOT accept C & R Licenses for firearm shipments. Powell Auction is merely a platform to bring sellers and buyers together. These firearms do not belong to Powell Auction and we have NOT fired any of them. We do not know of any issues with any firearms other than obvious visual inspection finds or what the seller reveals to us, which we will pass along in the description.
