South Texas Auction Company relies on this network for descriptions, pictures, and stock. After purchase, items are sent to our central warehouse for inspection and distribution, which typically takes about 14 days after payment. In rare cases where items do not meet descriptions or there are stock discrepancies, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Please review the following rules and information to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience: 1. Secure Payment and Billing: -Winning bidders will receive payment links post-auction. Please note a 3.5% credit card fee will be added. -Sales Taxes will be calculated by our system and applied if required by your jurisdiction. 2. Nonpayment Consequences: -Buyers who fail to complete payment within 72 hours will be reported to HIBID and will be ineligible to participate in future auctions. 3. Compliance and Background Checks: -We strictly adhere to ATF Requirements for all firearm sales. -As a licensed FFL Dealer, we will perform necessary background checks and paperwork in compliance with the law. -Firearms can only be shipped to other FFL Dealers without exceptions. -Bidders uncertain about passing background checks are advised not to bid, as no reimbursement will be provided in such cases.
