All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file in HiBid at the time of registration. If your credit card is declined at the time of invoicing, there will be a $15 processing fee added to the invoice. Please make sure to contact us before the closing of the auction if you need to use another credit card or make other payment arrangements. Invoicing is processed on the night after auction closes or first thing the morning after auction closing. Pick up dates and times for this auction are as follows: Friday 12/7/24 - 10am to 2pm Saturday 12/8/24 - 10am to 2pm Any items not picked up will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit unless we are contacted by the buyer. Shipping will be available if unable to pick up. If you do not pick up or do not want to have the item(s) shipped, the items will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit. All items for out of state buyers will automatically be taken to our shipping department for processing. Shipping can take 5 to 7 working days to be completed and shipped out of the warehouse. A $5 per line handling fee will apply along with the shipping cost of items purchased. If you are unsure about an item being shipped, please inquire before bidding. Loaded Auction, and we aren't just talking about the guns. This is the Antique & Gun Sale we have been talking about. For Starterts all Guns are stored offsite with our FFL. With only a few exceptions, guns all must be cleared and recorded legally.through a FFL for a minimal fee. FFL can also handle shippiing of guns to your preferred FFL. We have to be stricter with pick-up schedules for this auction. End of year is approaching and we need to start fresh. Orders over $500 will have to be via wire transfer.
