This is a BARN CLEAN OUT! There are some items that have nothing wrong with them. There are some items that need to be cleaned. There are some items that need a little extra loving. Please look at the pictures before bidding. We have attempted to show the imperfections or make them known in the comments. If you bid on the item and win it, you win it.

NOTE: Your credit card will NOT be charged at close of auction. YOU WILL RECIEVE A SQUARE INVOICE VIA EMAIL TO BE PAID PRIOR TO PICK UP. If your items are not picked up during designated pick up times (and you have not made prior arrangements), you FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS which will be resold. NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS IS HARD WORK AND WE INTEND TO GET PAID FOR IT. If you do not pay/pick up and do not communicate with Lillian Kelley's, your actions will result in bidding restrictions and a negative impact to your bidder profile which other auctions can see.

THE GOAT IS NOT A REAL GOAT. The winner of "The Goat" will take any and everything that is left over from this auction. This person will need to come on Saturday around 2PM and bring a trailer if necessary. EVERYTHING MUST GO!
