WI Sales Tax is charged for any titled items. Payment must be made prior to or at time of pickup of items, no exceptions, we do not charge the credit card you use to sign up. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidder agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin should any arise. Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will they initiate a charge back on their credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase or receive any refund whatsoever. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at any time. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during auction. George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC may withdraw or re-catalog any item on this auction at their own discretion.
