Description
This auction has over 750 lots to bid on. Items such as: Tools, antique glass, fine china, kitchen wear, toys, new women's products, new paint, new lighters, bike, gas powered lawn mower, furnature, and so much more!
Terms and Conditions of Sale 1. All goods purchased must be settled for within 3 days following the ending of the auction, and before being removed from the auction site. Risk and title passes to the purchaser when the auction accepts the successful bid. Possession remains with the auction company until the goods are paid for in full. 2. All items are sold 'as is, where is' and no warranties implied or guarantees expressed or otherwise exists unless announced by the auction company. The auction company accepts no responsibility for errors in description: it being the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods before the auction and satisfy themselves as to the condition, identity, age and authenticity. Auction company's description of the items are only to be used as a guideline. 3. The auctioneer/ auction company reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. At the auctioneers/ auction company's discretion the bidding can be reopened if there is more than one bidder on. In all cases of dispute the auctioneers/ auction companys decision is final. 4. All registered bidders are personaly liable and finacially responsible for any and all bids placed within their respective bidding number. By virtue of accepting terms and conditions of sale, you are agreeing to pay the winning bid amount in addition to the buyers fee and gts, within the time line dictated by the auctioneer. Bid amounts do not include gts. 5.Goods left on the presmises after 5pm of the last pickup date, may become liable for a minimum storage fee of $10 per day, per item and or resold without notice to the purchaser. Any deficiencies will be charged to the purchaser. After 5pm on the last pickup day the credit/ debit card used to register to bid on the auction will be charged the total hammer price plus premiums and gst. At 10 days after the last pickup day items will be automatically forfieted to the auction company to do with as auction company deems fit. The purcahser is responsible for picking up or arranging pick up for all purcahsed items. Shipping can be arranged at the cost of the purchaser plus a $3.50 fee, by emailing mrblaney22@gmail.com and have the auction company ship items through Post Canada. 6. Any and all purchases under this bid number are the sole responsibility of the purchaser named herein. 7. A valid credit card may be required to register for timed auctions/ online bidding and may be subject to a $1USD fee to otherise the card. 8. The auctioneer/ auction company reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and bidders and shall control the bidding at all times. 9. Registered bidders must have the correct and valid: address, phone number, first and last name, and valid credit card. The auction reserves the right to reject bidders based on inlavid or inaccurate registered information and/or not being able to confirm info with the auction. 10. In the case of the bidder being blocked from the auction, the bidder down will become the leading bid on said item as the last accepted bid. 11. Credit card surcharge of 3%. No surcharge for cash, email transfer, or debit card. 12. We ship in Canada and in the USA as well. No shipping outside these countries at this time. 13. USA buyers rule...All USA buyers must pay for shipping costs and invoice total with the registered card on file only. 14. Soft Close meaning. A soft close in our auction and many others means the first lot will close at the advertised soft close time unless a bid is made with less than 3min on the clock timer. All lots will close with a stagering time seperation of 10-25seconds apart. If any bid is made with less than 3min on a lot, then 3min will be added to the timer. Please note the timer on the count down to see the scheduled time closing per lot. 15. Max bid or in live auctions known as a prebid. To leave a Max bid, just click on the box indicating the next available bid and place your max bid your willing to pay. Your account will automatically bid on your behalf, if someone bids against you, up to the number you set as your max.

Payment Terms
We accept cash, debit, and credit (mastercard, visa). May be paid in person or with card used to be approved to bid on this auction. The final hammer price plus 10% buyers fee with gst of 5% will be the total required to pay. (shipping cost and fee may be added if buyer requests shipping through Blaney Auction Services using Post Canada) Surcharge of 3% credit card fee to be added when paying with a credit card. Debit card, cash, and email transfer have no fee. ALL funds are in CAN. We will charge all itmes left unpaid to the card used to register to bid. On the last day of pickup at 5pm. Items left at auction not picked up may be subject to storage fee of $10 per item per day. If item is left and not picked up the owner/successful bidder forfits all said items to Auction co. to be disposed of however Auction co deems fit.
Pickup is available for three days following the sale. If unable to pickup or have another party pick up for you, we can ship your items at your expense plus a $3.50 packaging fee. We would be using Post Canada. Shipping cost plus $3.50 fee can be paid by email tranfer (mrblaney22@gmail.com) or pay by mastercard, visa, or debit by calling our office 403-307-8124 All shipping fees and costs are in CAD funds. If items are unable to ship according to Canada Post standards (for example weight or size) we are willing to use any other company the buyer wishes to use as long as the buyer arranges the payment and shipping details with the 3rd party shipping. Auction co is still willing to package items up and have ready for scedualed pickup (during open hours) with only a $3.50 packaging fee. Buyer assumes all responsibility for condition and delivery status once item is shipped. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the auction to request shipping immediately after the sale ends.
