Terms And Conditions Welcome to a Grasons of Southern Arizona official Bidding Platform. Grasons auctions include a variety of items, with each auction published from our offices/storage location. Bidding starts at $5, unless we have placed a reserve on something of great value. Recycle, reuse, repurpose, starts here. A 18% buyers premium will be added to all checkout totals, plus city and state sales tax at the rate of 8.7%, in accordance with Arizona State Law. Before placing a bid please know bidding is an agreement to purchase the lot/lots you have bid on. Bidders who default on their bids and payments are subject to having their bidding privileges revoked from our platform. Shipping: All items shipped in house are subject to a $5 handling charge on top of the total label charge. A $15 handling fee may be applied to large and/or fragile items (such as paintings, large vases, planters, multiple pieces of crystal, etc….) items may take from days to weeks to ship depending on order volume and companies schedule. We will send a clarification email upon auction close to winners giving an eta on shipping and beginning a line of communication. Refund and Return Policy: Here at Grasons we believe strongly in the accurate description of all items in our auctions. We do our best to note all scuffs, blemishes, damage, and wear. As with almost all antiques, vintage pieces, and used items, some amount of use is expected. We uphold the same standard with our measurements and dimensions, but some are approximated. We refer to this standard when dealing with refund and return requests, if the item has clear pictures or notes of the damage, your refund request will more than likely be revoked. Grasons does not guarantee the working order of any electronics or mechanical devices. We will test certain products upon request. Pick up policy: Customers interested in picking up their won items locally may do so from our office/warehouse location, 4101 S. Contractors Way (Suite 131), 85714, Tucson, Arizona. Customers may only pick up their items once payment has been processed. Items may be picked up the week following the sale. You must contact us within that same week to confirm if your item is to be picked up locally. We ask that you bring your own boxes, wrapping paper, and loading assistance. Our employees are available to load for a fee determined by the quantity of items and their size. Larger items can be picked up directly from our warehouse loading dock. Small items will be brought to you in the warehouse, or from the office front door. No entry is permitted into our office space. Payments, Clerking, & Invoices: All invoices are subject to Arizona sales tax and a 18% Buyers Premium. The premium allows the auctioneer to cover the costs of conducting our services.
