Welcome folks, and thaks for checking out our latest auction! This time around, Ms. Debi Woods and Ms. Donna Carroll have entrusted Adams' Auction and Sales with their parents' estate, and we feel very fortunate to get to manage this for them. This sale is chock full of home furnishings, decor, collectibles, and knick knacks. There is absolutely something for everyone here with nearly 400 lots. These items were collected over decades and include some of the family's most beloved and cherished pieces. I think you'll find many quality and unique items, perfect for your home or collection. All bidding takes place online with many items offered with shipping. You can preview the items by appointment in Fifty-Six Arkansas during the course fo the sale. To schedule, call (870) 615-4215 Pickup is the Friday after the sale closes from 11 AM to 4:30 PM. If you need other arrangements, call prior to bidding so we can work something out. Terms: All items sold as is where is without gaurantee, and all sales are final. All items are in used condition and may have minor surface blemishes or defects. Bidder inspection of items is encouraged. Items may be previewed in person during the course of the auction in Fifty-Six, AR by appointment. All efforts have been made to accurately represent the items in this sale but are not waranteed. By placing your bid you affirm that you have reviewed the items carefully to your satisfaction, or have chosen not to review the items personally, and intend to purchase the item in its as-is condition. A winning bid is an agreement to purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any and all bids at his discretion. Shipping is available on some items. The auctioneer does not warranty any shipping or claim responsibility for items while they are in the care of the shipper. Buyer agrees that issues with shipping are out of the control of the auctioneer, and that all disputes regarding shipping will be between the buyer and the shipper. The high bidder will be 100% responsible for shipping charges plus a 10% handling fee. Items will not be shipped until paid in full for the high bid price plus any shipping charges. Items may be picked up in person by appointment in Fifty-Six, AR the day after the auction closes between 11:00-4:30. If the pickup date cannot be made, please contact the auctioneer prior to bidding to request other arrangements. All items must be paid in full before, or at the time of, pickup. We accept cash, a good check (with verifying information), or credit/debit cards.
