Checkout Date/Time Pickup times are as follows: Saturday from 2 PM to 6 PM, Sunday and Monday from 10 AM to 3 PM. The auction is closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please read all auction and pickup notices thoroughly. You will receive an email containing a Square Link for online payment; however, if you prefer to pay with cash, indicate this in the Auctioneer notes during registration. Items must be collected by the Saturday following payment, or a $25 weekly storage fee will be incurred. Accounts with unpaid invoices after 30 days will be sent to collections. Description
You'll receive an email with a Square Link to pay your invoice after the auction ends. You can choose to pay cash. Indicate this in the auctioneer notes when registering. You must pick up your items by 3pm on Monday following the auction. A $50 late fee will be added to your invoice if you don't collect your items by the deadline. Items left at the auction house past the following Friday will incur a $25 weekly storage fee. Items left for over a week may be disposed of, but the invoice amount remains due. Unpaid invoices will be sent to Kings Credit Services for collection after 30 days. PICK UP TIMES: Saturday: 2pm to 6pm Sunday and Monday: 10am to 3pm We are Closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: The auction house emphasizes the importance of prompt payment and pick-up to facilitate the preparation for the next auction. If items are not paid for or collected within 14 days, they will be deemed abandoned and become the property of the auction house, although payment is still required.
All bids are considered legally binding offers to purchase. Payment is due in full at the end of the auction. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and cash are accepted. Items cannot be removed until payment is made and verified. Items are sold in their current condition. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. An 18% buyer's premium is added to all successful bids. A 22% charge applies for items picked up after the Monday following the auction. A $50 late fee is added to invoices for items not paid for by 3 pm on the Monday following the auction. A $25 weekly storage fee applies for items left at the auction house after the following Friday. Items left beyond a week may be disposed of, but the invoice amount remains due. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will be sent to Kings Credit Services for collection. Auctioneer or an authorized agent will resolve any bidding disputes. California state sales tax applies unless a resale number is provided. Buyers must remove purchased property by the Monday following the auction unless prior arrangements are made. HAH Auctions is not liable for any injuries or damages occurring at the auction site. HAH Auctions reserves the right to alter, add, or remove lots, minimum bids, and reserve amounts without notice. Decisions not covered in these terms are at the discretion of HAH management. HAH is not responsible for internet outages, technical issues, or malfunctions. All sales are final. It's crucial for bidders to understand all the terms and conditions before participating in the auction. Examine items thoroughly before bidding, as they are sold "as is." Shipping is available for smaller items through USPS or UPS, with a handling fee of $10 per item and actual shipping costs added to this fee. Processing may take up to one week, and payment will be invoiced via square.com once shipping costs are confirmed. Prompt item collection is essential to avoid late fees and storage charges, and while shipping is an option for smaller items, it is important to consider the processing time. Larger items must be picked up by the buyer at either the auction site or designated off-site locations, which will be detailed in the extended description of each lot.
