Online Personal Property Auction All firearms (lots 1 through 22) must be paid for at Bell Tower Auctions located at 645 Countryside Drive in Columbia City, IN. All Firearms will be picked up at local Firearms Dealer subject to completion and passing of background check. All other items must be picked up at Bell Tower Auctions located at 645 Countryside Drive in Columbia City, IN. After payment is received, winning bidders of firearms (lots 1 through 22) will be given the Name of Dealer, Location, and a Phone Number to TEXT to schedule a time to complete your background check and to pick up your firearm(s). Pick up day for Firearms will be Saturday, October 19th. Only the registered winning bidder with paid receipt and valid Indiana Driver's License will be able to pick up any firearm from the local dealer. In order to bid and purchase a firearm, you must agree to and be able to meet the following criteria…. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a long gun You must be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or “other weapon” You must be a resident of the State of Indiana You must present a VALID Indiana Driver’s License You must be able to PASS NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) You must pay a $30 non-refundable fee payable to the local firearms dealer prior to your background check being conducted. The local firearms dealer will provide all necessary paperwork and will conduct the test at their facility. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO AND MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA then DO NOT BID!!!
