Terms are 10% of the purchase price down on auction day or within 24 hours for online bidders. The Seller will provide a Title policy in the full amount of the purchase price to the Buyer at closing insuring good and merchantable title. 2024 taxes will be paid by the Seller- all taxes thereafter are the responsibility of the new buyer.
