The kitchen cabinets are stocked with table service, cooking pots, pans and bake ware. The unit has a working HVAC, at time of winterizing. There are a could of other storage sheds on the property that are also waiting for their new owner. The camper has a permanent open front porch that overlooks the entrance to the campground. Hickory Woods Campground, INC Rules and Regulations & Bylaws Documents have been added to the lot information.
