This is an Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction. All bidding activity will take place online. When bidding, just enter your maximum bid. The system will bid on your behalf using only what it needs to keep you in the lead. We have a 20 second soft close policy on each lot.

13% Buyers Premium You will receive a settlement at auction close. Cards will be ran at end of auction. We will not be accepting any cash.

This is an online auction; we will start to close the auction at 12 PM on 25 Jan 25. Property is being sold as-is, no contingencies. Buyer must be ready to close within 30 days. Buyer must have funds in order to bid, no financing contingences. Sale is pending sellers' confirmation.
