Items/lots not paid for within 96 hours (including weekends, holiday and business days) of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or returned to the seller. Buyer specifically WAIVES the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Invoice(s) over $250.00 may require payment via Cash/Wire Transfer/Zelle as the only method of payment. Requests to pay by cash at pickup should be sent to “support@agelessauctions.com” prior to the conclusion of the auction. Resellers must submit a valid 2024 resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged on all in-state transactions. BIDDING: All items are sold/shown "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. Ageless Auctions reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Ageless Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction for any reason and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
