We base this attribution on the same medium, style, subject, complexity, and signature as used by Munch. Medium: Oil on paper board. Condition: Very good overall appearance with minor aging in the paint. This piece is well preserved under glass. Edition: Unique original work of art. Signature: On verso. Size: 6 x 10.5 in. Edvard Munch was a Norwegian painter. His 1893 work The Scream has become one of Western art's most acclaimed images. His childhood was overshadowed by illness, bereavement and the dread of inheriting a mental condition that ran in the family.
