SALES TAX: We are required by the State of Idaho to charge sales tax of 6.0% to each item.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction. The Treasure Chest Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion.
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The Treasure Chest Auction may attempt to
describe the merchandise in advertising on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall The Treasure Chest Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is, where is and that they may not return any item(s) they purchase. The Treasure Chest Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Treasure Chest Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. The Auction is providing internet only bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at the close of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against The Treasure Chest Auction or anyone else if the internet service
fails to work correctly during the close of the auction. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. The Treasure Chest Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the close of the auction. The Treasure Chest Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
PAYMENT: Cash, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Paypal, Venmo and all major Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment. There is a 3% discount when paying by cash or Cashiers check AND picking up. Funds must be U.S. bankable funds and must be available before items are released.
SHIPPING: Buyer pays any and all shipping costs. We use the United States Postal Service.
We will agree to hold items for pickup until the pick up date 11/24/2024. Pick up is from 9am-6pm . Longer storage must be pre-approved. Any items not picked up by bidder by 11/24/2024 at 6pm after auction-end without prior contact will be re-listed and or sold by other means.
A refund will not be issued for items not picked up.
