Pickup Hours: Monday: Closed Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed Storage Fees Orders not picked up by 3 PM the Saturday after the auction will incur a $5 storage fee. For more than 5 items, an additional $1 per item will apply. (Shipping orders are exempt.) Reference: Idaho Code § 28-22-101 regarding storage fees. Payment Terms Payment must be completed by 3 PM on Saturday unless prior arrangements are made. If a card is declined, items will be awarded to the next highest bidder or relisted. Cash payments after 3 PM do not receive buyer’s fee discounts. Reference: UCC § 2-507 on payment obligations. Buyer Responsibility Buyers are responsible for verifying all information related to the specific items they wish to bid on. This includes checking item conditions, potential value, and any other relevant details. Buyers are encouraged to preview items in person. We are not liable for any assumptions made regarding an item’s condition or value based on incomplete information. Consignor Agreements By agreeing to these terms, you accept all consignor fees. Purchases over $1,000 must be paid via Bank Wire, PayPal, or Cash. Reference: Idaho Code § 28-2-201 on sales agreements. Shipping Policy Shipping is available for most items. Ensure items are marked for shipping before bidding. If not marked, you will be responsible for the item’s fate (e.g., arrange shipping, donate, or relist). A $20 surcharge applies if we ship unmarked items. Handling Fees Handling fees are as follows: Boxed Items: $5 for the first box, $5 for each additional (up to 24x24x24) Mailing Tube: $4 Poly Mailer/Bubble Mailer: $2 Reference: Idaho Code § 28-2-316 on handling fees. Non-shippable Items Items marked as “not shipping available” incur a $20 surcharge if shipping is insisted upon. We are not responsible for damage to these items during shipping. Buyer Premiums and Taxes A buyer’s premium of 10% for cash and 13% for credit card payments applies to all invoices.
