Pickup Hours: Monday: Closed Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed Storage Fees Orders not picked up by 3 PM the Saturday after the auction will incur a $5 storage fee. Payment Terms Payment must be completed by 3 PM on Saturday unless prior arrangements are made. If a card is declined, items will be awarded to the next highest bidder or relisted. Buyer Responsibility Buyers are responsible for verifying all information related to the specific items they wish to bid on. Reference: Idaho Code § 28-2-201 on sales agreements. Shipping Policy Shipping is available for most items. Ensure items are marked for shipping before bidding. If not marked, you will be responsible for the item’s fate (e.g., arrange shipping, donate, or relist). A $20 surcharge applies if we ship unmarked items. Handling Fees Handling fees are as follows: Boxed Items: $5 for the first box, $5 for each additional (up to 24x24x24) Mailing Tube: $4 Poly Mailer/Bubble Mailer: $2 Reference: Idaho Code § 28-2-316 on handling fees. Non-shippable Items Items marked as “not shipping available” incur a $20 surcharge if shipping is insisted upon. We are not responsible for damage to these items during shipping. Buyer Premiums and Taxes A buyer’s premium of 10% for cash and 13% for credit card payments applies to all invoices. 13% buyers premium, 10% for cash 6% Idaho sales tax for in store pickup and shipments within the state of Idaho Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, or Wire Transfers are the only option, if your winning invoice is over $500.00. If you are under $500 on the total invoice, we can still do Credit Cards.
Items picked up in store must be picked up by the Sunday following the close of the auction. Pick up location is 9636 N BizTown Loop, Hayden, ID 83835. If you do not pick up your items by Saturday, we will charge your card on file. You have until the following Saturday to pick up the paid item, or it will be put back into auction or donated. We can ship if you request it! We will use multiple resources to determine the best rate for shipment. Items under 16oz will be shipped USPS first class unless otherwise noted. Over 16oz will be determined by weight and deminsions. Please inquire about shipping estimates prior to bidding. ITEMS THAT DO NOT SHOW "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" ON THE LISTING WILL NOT BE SHIPPED Shipping Handling Fee: A handling fee will be charged to each invoice that will be shipped based on size of package. Any package that is able to be shipped in a polly envelope or smaller will be assessed a $3 handling fee. Anything shipped in a box will be assessed a $10.00 handling fee for the first box and $5 for each additional.
