You must provide your own transportation and help to load items you purchase. MOST LOCATIONS HAVE STAIRS-BE PREPARED. All items are sold as-is, where-is with any/all defects, and with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Descriptions are believed to be correct, but subject to bidder verification. Mike Hall Auction Co., HiBid and AuctionFlex are not responsible or held liable for any accidents or errors in print, or otherwise. 17% Buyers Premium is applicable to all general purchases made through this auction; 12% buyers premium on 2012 International and 2011 Nissan; 8% buyers premium on 2008 Ford. A $1 surcharge will also be assessed to all buyers, for cost of verifying card. Forms of Payment: Credit card on file will be charged at conclusion of auction. Items must be picked up on pickup day ONLY. Winning bidder(s) not picking up items on pick up day will still be responsible for payment. Items not picked up or ordered shipping are forfeited and become property of the auction co. Winning bidders hereby agree not to chargeback any purchases on credit card for any reason. PLEASE NOTE: cars MUST be paid for with cash OR wire transfer with $30 transfer fee, unless approved by auction company. Titles held and will be mailed out until funds clear, unless if paying cash.
