Registration and Payment - You will need to register with a credit card with Hibid.com. This is a timed online auction with a 12% buyer's premium and 7% IN Tax that will be added to all wininng bids. Your credit card on file will AUTOMATICALLY be charged following the close of the auction. Preview - All items will be sold "as is where is" with no physical warranty express or implied. The auction company makes every effort to take multiple pictures, note defects, note dimensions of items, and provide as much information as possible to ensure confidence in bidding. However, a preview date and time has been set and it is the buyer's responsibility to come and inspect the items you wish to bid on. If you are unable to attend, please call the auctioneer with any questions or concerns before bidding on any items. The auction company is not responsible for items with defects, confusion of the size of an item, or any other characteristics of the items offered for auction. Pickup Procedures - All items must be removed from the premises the day of the specified pick up date and time. After 7 days merchandise is considered abandoned and will become property of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Fort Wayne. Successful winning bidder is responsile to bring adequate help and all necessary equipment and or supplies to remove items. Auction company and its personnel are not responsible for removal and loading of items. Shipping - Within 2 hours of the auction closing, you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select either a pickup time or shipping option. For larger auctions, please allow up to 7-10 business days for shipping. You will be billed separately for shipping after your items are packed and weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link, which will be sent via text and email. Shipping will be handled through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your shipping invoice is paid, shipping will be finalized, and you will receive a tracking number once your label is printed.Please note that shipping costs—including packing, materials, insurance, and shipping—are the buyer's responsibility and may vary based on the item. If you have any questions or need a shipping quote, feel free to contact us. Verify your shipping address and pay the invoice promptly. After payment is received, your shipping label will be generated, and you will receive another text and email with your tracking number.In some cases, due to the size and weight of the item(s), we may arrange for packing by Pak Mail. While we manage 97% of our shipments in-house, there are instances where using Pak Mail is the best option for ensuring safe delivery.

Pickup: You will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint regarding pickup scheduling. When you select pick up, please also select the date and pick-up time. Due to previously scheduled appointments by other bidders, we will not accept early checkouts for early arrivals. Shipping: Please allow up to 7 business days to receive a text and email from Shipping Saint with your shipping invoice. Note: Shipping costs can be high.
