Items not paid for and or picked up by
December 9, 2024 at 6:00 PM will be forfeited and disposed of, unless of course you have made other arrangements prior to the 12/9/24 6:00 PM cut off, otherwise you are still financially responsible for payment.
Shipping Available for Designated Lots ONLY. There will be $7.50 handling fee per lot along with a delivery fee to the MAA House, more for larger items. Adding Insurance for shipping is your choice. Not all shipping options have free insurance. Once it leaves our auction house it is no longer our responsibility. No refunds will be issued for damaged goods. IF YOU NEED SHIPPING WE WILL NEED YOUR CVV CODE FROM THE BACK OF THE CREDIT CARD YOU REGISTERED WITH IN ORDER TO CHARGE IT. WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CARDS. PLEASE VERIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS AS WELL. PLEASE CALL THE AUCTION HOUSE OR REPLY TO THIS EMAIL WITH YOUR CODE WHICHEVER YOU ARE MOST COMFORTABLE WITH.

All measurementsare approximate. All items in our auctions are in used condition unless otherwise stated. Expect some wear, scratches, dents, dings and damage that cannot be seen in pictures,so BUYER BEWARE.
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all items won. Payments will be made to Maple Avenue Auction in the form of Cash, Check (2 forms of ID required) or Credit/Debit Card. Credit/Debit card purchases will be charged a 4% transaction fee.Indiana Sales Tax (7%) will be charged unless a current tax exemption form is on file prior to registration.The Bidder grants Maple Avenue Auction authorization to charge the Bidder's credit card for any and all costs incurred by the Bidder.
Maple Avenue Auction reserves the right to stop, end or cancel the auction at any time if necessary.
You must be of legal age (18 years) to bid and provide a valid VISA or MASTERCARD at registration.All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The Buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password, and the Buyer is fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under their username, password, or on their account. The Buyer must ensure that they properly log-out and exit from their account at the end of each session. Maple Avenue Auctions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from their failure to comply with this section. Bidder Acknowledges that the online auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction at any time. Seller or Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions caused by any means. Seller and Auctioneer cannot guarantee continual, uninterruptedor error free service as the website could be interferedwith by means out of their control.
You are responsible for making sure you have all of your items before leaving our facility/location, we are not responsible for them once you have left.
