The items will be packed and then an invoice will be sent for payment through Shipping Saint via an email. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through Shipping Saint form that we provide to you via email. Items not paid for within 7 days of auction will be forfeited. No exceptions. ***FIREARMS REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age for long rifle, and 21 for handgun. Buyer agrees to pay $30 for a background check, will be added at time of pick up. Required for each auction, even if recently purchased firearm from previous auction with AAA Auction. Person picking up must be person on invoice. If shipping firearm buyer must provide an FFL to transfer gun to. Buyer responsible for shipping costs. No out-of-state pickups. Articles not paid for and removed within 7 days, the announced payment and removal times may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, with no reserve; any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, including legal fees, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under these conditions of sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price for all items purchased, AAA Auction Service, LLC. may exercise its rights under the law, which may include canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the buyer to the damages caused by the breach, and/or offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the buyer has failed to pay in full or failed to remove from the premises within 7 days.
