If you need shipping within 50 miles of the city and state on your account (not based off of your home address), please leave a note for us otherwise we will assume you want shipping. If you are bidding from out of state or your account shows out of state shipping can be a bit pricey if buying large or odd shaped items. Payment Terms
Cards on file will be run the night of auction end or day after depending on auction end time. Card info needs to match that which is on file. We do not want to chase you down for cards. If Items are not paid for when cards are run we will try and reach out, but it is up to us on how long we hold your items. Contact will be made if cards are not processed after auction. Cards will be run a second time for shipping and handling. If we can not collect payment you may be blocked from bidding.
PICK UP IS 11/5 FROM 9AM TO 6PM AND 11/9 TO 8AM UNTIL 12PM AT 2519 EAST 23RD ST DSM IA 50317 shipping will be done in a timely, most cost effective, manner but may take some time to fill all orders. please allow a week or so. Card will be charged a separate 2nd time for shipping. Pickup will be we are flexible with pick up times if you reach out so please contact us in a timely manner to avoid forfeiting your items. Within 50 miles we assume buyer will be picking up outside of 50 miles we assume buyer will require shipping unless other arrangements are made by end of auction. 50 miles is from sellers location to buyers city and state not home address. Any packages over $200 will include insurance. Other packages may include insurance i.e. small higher dollar packages or breakable items.. If you would like insurance included please leave us a note and we will be sure to do that. We use USPS to ship our items. Most larger items they will not accept will be non shipping. If you wish to bid on these items and have them shipped please reach out to have other arrangements made. These larger items will take more time to ship and will most likely be a bit costly. We will also be charging a $20 handling fee for these items. By bidding on items you agree to shipping charges if items are shippable. If buying larger items expect a larger shipping and handling fee. If you bid on items outside of 50 miles please be aware we WILL ship your items. If you request an estimate after the auction is over and you have bid and won the item we WILL ship your item. If we do ship the items we WILL NOT issue a refund as it is up to the buyer to determine if it is worth shipping items.
